GTPlanet Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge - Post Season Runnin'

Good racing last night, especially CAMi. Did not expect that from you.

Well, I did remember having 2 '07 Roadsters in my garage. I had to take out the one without the aero wing on the back and then work on slapping in the needed parts to get it to the specs for that car in the series. When I needed to get the weight reduced, I went out of the room so that I can get to GT Auto for the Stage 1 weight reduction and then added the ballast needed to make the minimum weight. I then had to do the adjustments to the suspension based on some vague advice that was given in the lobby chat and took a stab in the dark on the Differential settings. My performance in the Miata Roadster was a nice change of pace compared to how I was faring given how I was doing during the season. Too bad the screw-up on the final lap denied us a hard fought race top the finish.

Anyone besides me think Spa should be on the calendar for next season?

I also spent some time at Spa with Retro the other night. REALLY fun track to drive, as I pretty much figured. I hope to be able to join you guys this Saturday night too.

I also picked up a PS Network card yesterday to purchase that add-on. 👍

I'd rather not do the long one myself, just because I have put off eating until now and I have steaks marinating so I'd like to cook/eat/race with no pressure. If it means dropping on lap three to flip the steaks, so be it.

Alright, sprint races all night then. More fun that way. More racing! And the faster we get done at Indy, the faster we get to Spa and Corvettes. A cool car, that everyone will have the same equipment in, and a FABULOUS race track.

How did it go last night? Did you ever get the Corvettes @ Spa race going? There were too many non regulars running RM Vettes or other cars when I was there.

Miatas at Indy was fun, but could have done with being a few laps longer. And I could have done with a little bit more practice before hand though, I was still a bit slow at the critical point onto the straight which always left me vulnerable.
