Ok, I'm locking the league at 16. With the current invites I just sent we are at 14. I have a 15th interested. Stop at 14 or go 16?

Three rule questions.

1) Can't cut list? I know that caught some off guard last year. I have never played with can't cuts until last year.

2) Number of playoff teams? 4 or 6? 6 will reduce a week of regular season play.

3) Divisions or open league?

It'd be better with 14, but if we get 16 it's no big deal.

2.) I'd say 4 for 14 and 6 for 16.

3.) Open.

Two TE set is retarded. There aren't enough TEs in the league to run that, unless you flexed a TE/WR.

14 for the moment, unless you can find someone else. 16 should be the absolute limit though.

The only thing I know about my schedule is that I work until 8 on Tuesdays and 6 on Saturdays and Sundays. The rest of my days are pretty much up in the air as to when I get off work, whether it be 6 or 8, for right now. But, majority rules, so whatever works for the most people is what it will have to be.

Ok. I've run a spreadsheet on stuff.

Positions: add 1WR, 1RB: 1, add 1RB: 1, maybe add a switch: 1, no change : 1.
My suggestion - make the current W/R a W/R/T. Player count stays the same but the bench becomes versatile, as does the position. Or add a switch position of a sort. If no one can agree, no changes.

Draft type. Two votes for auction. No other response.
- unless anyone else speaks up, auction.

Can't cut list: 4 no can't cut.
- removing can't cut has a good lead.

Playoff teams: 4 if 14 teams, 6 if 16 teams: 4
- looks like a 4 team playoff.

I'm leaving today to go on family vacation at the cottage for a week, so I won't have internet access.The following week (Aug 25-29) I'll be at a summer camp for job training and I'll be busy all day. The 30th of August through the first week of September will be crazy busy for me too. I'll have my phone with a data plan, so I could use the mobile site/app.

Best day for me would be August 24th at 9-10PM EST as that's between training and moving and I'll have some time. Don't worry too much about trying to accomodate for me, I wouldn't have a sweet clue who to draft anyway, so the autopick would probably be better.

Probably best to check if there's any last minute interest over this second weekend of preseason as some guys might be on holiday and so on.
