Hey! No touchy feeling stuff at camp.

This is why I don't allow the first three volunteers to chaperone kids alone in the woods to go. If you want to hang around kids I don't want you around my kid.

It's actually not a summer camp in that sense, I'm working as an RA this year at university and our training is at a summer camp facility.

Tons of feelings and team building, trust exercises, metaphors with tarps and ropes about supporting eachother...all that stuff. Thankfully the talk about feelings happens far away from the kitchen.

It's still set to standard. We had a tie on draft type, so I left it at default settings.

What are you talking about a tie? Where was there ever voting on any of this?

I asked people their opinions. I got responses from some and even posted the counts at one point.

Since that post I had two more suggestions for standard draft.

I've also asked everyone to check the scoring and settings tab in the league to see if any other changes need to be made.

You can put in for a change at any time, but the transactions won't go through until that date. If I understand correctly, multiple claims on the same player will be awarded based on waiver position (you're number 6).

Only thing I agree with is that Shuttlecocks had the best draft.

EDIT: Also, are we going to have a longer playoff system? We currently have 4 teams in Weeks 16&17 and I wouldn't mind an extra week of playoffs

Yeah, I mean I wasn't sure how early I wanted to take a QB and it was a tossup between Spiller and McCoy at #4, but I'm happy with how it turned out.

I just completely missed the QB rush with Texas Twisters. I ended up ruining quite a few people's days by taking Eddie Lacy early in the 6th though.

Now if anyone wants to come along to a hosted NFL.com league that I run with defensive players but is an auction, I have two open teams in a league of 16, just PM me or give me your email and come along. Its a really active league and the draft is 9pm GMT on this Saturday night.

Haha, I narrowly avoided disaster by taking Dalton early in the 8th only to see Flacco, Big Ben, Bradford and Schaub all fly off after. I would have liked to have Flacco as my back-up too. Of course, I blew my chance.
