GTPlanet PHP coding?

OK, I'm not sure where to bring this up, but could someone a bit more familiar with manipulating lists on GTP give me a hand?

From this link you'll see a quick list I whipped up. Problem being is the color changes.

What did I miss? and how do I fix it?
