GTPlanet reaches 7 million Posts

Not sure if anyone else noticed this, but I thought it was quite an impressive statistic for the site to achieve 👍

It works out as 32 posts per user on average, though this varies from 0 to Famine's 40000+ which means he accounts for 170th post on the site.

Anyway, thought this was a notable milestone, and thanks for the site Jordan Much excellent time I have spent here in the past year

That's quick then. Would be interesting to see a plot of posts vs time, to see the relative posting rate over time. Must have increased massively since GT5 was released I would hazard a guess at.

That is a sensational amount of posting, it's near 5000 posts a day. Seems like that's a rapid increase if we're only at 7 million posts.

Hmmm, I think that number only counts non-deleted posts. According to the post count, in the address bar, yours would be the 7,340,348th post. Which shows how many posts are deleted too.

By milestone, do you mean the actual 7 millionth post ever, or the 7 millionth undeleted post? If it's the former, then in the URL where it shows the post ID, I think just replace it with the milestone number, and if that post is still available, it'll show up.
