Speaking of Senna and taxis, that leads nicely into my quintet of purchases from Goodwood last weekend:

#2 and #3 Toyota GT-ONEs (£50 each), Nissan Skyline JGTC Test Car (£40), Senna's 94 Williams (£45) and a London taxi (£10). No bargins, but I reckon with postage I would've paid a similar amount if ordered, so whatever.

Edit: More pictures.

MotoGP must represent. Sorry for the pour quality pic

EDIT:
Been after this for a couple of months, I'm not a big spender no models so I was waiting for a good price. Here it is:

it's back in the box and waiting for a display case / cabinet now :)

I think it was your photos on DH that I used for the decision of whether to buy it or not :)

Just out of curiosity, wasn't Jochen Rindt killed before the McLaren M23 existed in racing conditions? He died in 1970; the McLaren M23 was introduced for the 1973 season, driven by Emerson Fittipaldi and Peter Revson.

Has anyone here heard about a 1/43 car model maker SAPI and or EBBRO SAPI?
If so is comparable to Bburago or is it more like AutoArt or better

Appreciate your feedback!

Rob, i recently bought an Ebbro Schnizer Celica on Ebay for my growing 1/43rd scale Group 5 collection. Ebbro's are certainly a step above Minichamps or Quartzo when it comes to detail and quality of finish.

EBBRO are pretty good IMO, more like AutoArt.

Gents, thx very much.👍
Although the colour I want doesnt seem to exist it brings me one step closer to completing the list of model cars that I've owned 1:1 scale and the car I am planning to buy is apparently a rarety in model world. It doesn't exist at 1:18. The Ebbro price is approx GBP 35 so it sounds like a fair enough price for a 1:43.

Here's 1 of 4 metal Pochers I own (scale 1/8). The others are a Testarossa & convertible and a Porsche 911 (plastic).
I hope to get some time after the "Ocho" to take quality pics of my collection and post them here.

I recently discovered Ebay and I'll let you in on a costly mistake.
Some 18 yrs ago I also purchased from Pocher the Rolls Royce Torpedo Cabriolet Phantom II
Approx 5 yrs ago after much deliberation I binned it as I wasnt ever going to complete building it. Similar models are now sold on ebay (half finished) for over GBP 280.
AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!

Ya, Sting, you beat me. All I could come up with was the AutoArt No.28 GT-ONE, Norev Peugeot 905, HWElite FXX and 599GTB.

Just the No. 27 to go and then I have all 6 GT-ONEs. Then I'm going to see if I can get a life somewhere.

1:8 F40? Mmm.

absolutley stunning models guys :)

not sure where to head for my next purchase, although that F40 looks pretty promising!
