I can vouch for the seller, very good with great communication, i've actually bought a couple 1/18's off them already.

Nice find, thanks for the link. đź‘Ť

I think I might get a 787B if I get a job this summer and make some nice money. I'm gonna have a credit card soon, and the 787B would cost me about $150 US after shipping and taxes. :ill:

I was planning on getting it back in March, but I decided against it because it's too expensive and it's not worth the money. If I make like $1500-$2000 during the summer though, maybe.. đź’ˇ

But first, there's many other models I'd like to get.

That Evo7 with McRae ain't bad. If it comes on sale again another time, I might snatch it to put it alongside my McRae Focus WRC.

Just ordered myself a new model to celebrate the fact I'm pretty much done with my final exams in university (only have the programming one left, but that one I expect get an A+ on).

It's a '91 Williams FW14 Mansell/Senna taxi by Minichamps in 1:18.

This baby will be in my hands in mid-may when I get home from Germany (I've asked them to ship it on the date when I arrive back to Canada). It's gonna be one long month of waiting. :dunce:

Good choice of model, I've been toying with the idea of getting a FW14

lol replied to it on diecastaholics.

for anyone interested, I took a new picture of my M3 GTR to test settings on camera and lighting. Compared to the old pictures, this is so much better.

did you mean to leave out that little corner :P

The R8 (the #1 one) is on my future to buy list. I have the Speed 8 and the V12 LMR as well, those two are very nice models.

About the M3, the E36 M3 is a very nice car in person (there's one where I park everyday). However I don't really like the model UT made of it. Considering the price it gets on ebay ($30 to $40), it's worth much less than that in my opinion, more like $10. And the M3 GTR they made, that commands an even more ridiculous price $80 to $120. That model isn't worth more than like $10-$15 either in my opinion.

Decided to take my 3 main LM cars and take a few snaps.

Nice đź‘Ť One of the things I'm missing from my (admittedly small) collection is an LMP car.

*runs off to eBay*

My newest arrival is here. It's the BMW Z8 by AUTOart in black. I picked up this model from ebay for only $16 + shipping, what a bargain. I got this because I saw a black Z8 in person not too long ago, and I was quite impressed by it.

First of all, carpeted interior and trunk of course. Second, it has marked tyres which I like (Bridgestone Potenza's to be exact). I don't see marked tyres too often, so I was pleasantaly surprised. Thirdly, the interior is quite nicely made. Specifically, the seatbelts look fairly realistic, the steering wheel has a very nice BMW logo on it, and lastly, the speedo/tach in the centre looks quite realistic. You can almost make out all the speed and rpm lines.

I would also like to mention the trunk lid stays up by itself, and the engine lid has small 'click' and it stays up in place. The gaps are really small on the trunk and engine bay, so you'll have to use a really small toothpick with the trunk lid, but with the engine bay, fortunately all you have to do is just lean the car forward a bit and it'll come off.

Enjoy the pics.

and yesterday I also bought a 2nd UT Models Calibra DTM. I already have a Rosberg version and they are a great model, so when I saw a different livered one I had to have it: (not my pic, but its the same.)

Yeah I need to cut down on models for at least a month now. My UT Calibra arrived today and its damn sexy! Photos should follow tomorrow.

This might sound crazy, but I waxed my models last night. I used the same wax I used for my car... it (meguiar's) works really well. especially on black..!
