Darn. I lost 18 months then gave up to detaching my sartorius from my hip during a sprinting race.

I have tendonitis in both sides of my hips on the iliac crest, so both my sartorii are bad.

(sartorius is a muscle that joins from the anterior hip to the medial knee. Helps with hip flexion abduction and lateral rotation of hip and knee flexion) (not part of quads or hammies)

(sorry for my medical blabbering, studying physiotherapy, basically can't bend my knees too far or raise my legs too high as my muscles will detach from their limbs :( )

Well its not so bad, no work :D
