I would watch out for that thing. Its a little beast. It may need to be detuned to 200hp iirc.

Don't worry, SVX survived so Mat probably will as well. nd since I'm scared of sparking the "Is suspension reversed in GT5" debate with him, I kept away from going into too much detail with how suspension works, so he tuned most of it himself.

I'm going to try and have another look at it today, been awhile since I last touched it. IIRC, it was 99% finished.

BTW fbccars, it's already under 200hp, 195 to be exact.

Nope, we both went 100% in every run. I made a few driving errors but nothing spectacularly major. I only managed to tap Slender a little on one run, but it was nothing catastrophic.

It does seem interesting... Why not? Maybe soon? As a bonus for TMax?

Nope. The Viper was around 1 second down on my Impreza, but I was half asleep. As long as it doesn't try to snap or hit the redline in 2nd, it should be fine.

No News on my David amongst Goliath's And Godzilla's. Other than I made my self a limit of 550hp thinking lightweight and my rally spec differential will be my main weapon and it's a v8.

Do I use wing or no wing has been my newest issue. car has light understeering not deadly like Atenza but noticeable.

I think the only list of cars that should be banned for TMax are as follows:

Bugatti Veyron 16.4
McLaren F1
TVR Cerbera Speed 12
Ferrari Enzo

These cars are simply too powerful and fast for Sports tyres and aren't really meant to be on the touge. Only Hypercars should be banned, aside from tuners, race, rally, concept, etc.

Just because their banning means you can't use your car for similar reasons doesn't mean you should oppose something that should have been done right from the start.

As for reasons:

Veyron…did you not see Ugabugaz's Veyron video he posted for round 1? What did he do, a 2:35 or lower? An R35 (in my hands, granted) with 900hp or so does 38s. You take a guess what's going to happen.

Mclaren…20/60+ downforce settings, you let that in and someone gets rid of the snap oversteer, you can pretty much beat every none-R35 car out there.

TVR…See above, but add more power. Sure, it'll corner like 🤬 and no one who's sane enough to know how to log in to here should be that mad to tune one, but on the off chance someone gets it right, we're all buggered.

Enzo…Downforce. And possibility for 900+hp. And sub 1200kg weight. Not going to dominate as much, granted.

Why not just outlaw front downforce outright then? Bang. No super/hyper/whatever car with a performance edge is allowed. So in this respect, you've gone and outlawed most of the cars you said we shouldn't. And, we've got rid of the R35s. I don't know about you, but that last bit's perfect for me.

I can run an enzo with 3 front downforce, hell's zero. I can run r35's, bugatti's, mclaren f1's with 0 downforce.
