The Elise is banned because it's a superlight sports car like the Garaiya, Caterham and company. Mat said he'd like to, at some point, have a shootout episode just for the superlights.

I'd be interested in that as I have a Caterham. Maybe, do an S-series of touge's e.g. S200, S300 and Smax. I could see some seriously fast runs and really close races with those. Maybe, do like a S150, S200 though cuz even max these cars barely break 300hp

Ignoring the fact that we'd have killed 90% of the testers in these sub 800kg cars with 300hp?

^ these cars dont require 300hp to get up and go so yeah they get fast quick.

Viper and Vette are "sports cars" as is Benz, BMW, Jaguar and a Maserati mainly rwd's with coupe body and typical body on frame construction.

Ferrari Lambo Mclaren are exotic "super cars" with carbon monocoque body construction.
only Ferrari I could see allowed is 512 "Boxer".

IMO the Viper is fine it's a heavy weight bruiser on straights but corners are the "Achilles' heel".

That's my thinking thinking anyway just opinion my "two cents".

Evora replaced the Esprit it's a longer wheelbase car than the Elise also 3.5l v6.

Well, I did get some unexpected good news today. I cam home from being out and about and my lil cuz is sitting on my couch playing Black ops 1 so my PS3 works but still doesnt read GT5 or MGS4. So we know whats wrong just need to go have it fixed.

Edit: On the note of my Viper, I'm glad to hear my car is still eligible. I know its a tad brutish but it doesnt handle bad I dont think. It is set up to have the e-brake yanked right as you come in the corner which takes a bit of getting used to lol.

I dunno. My R34 is in the 2:51 sector. I've heard of 2:49's though, so aim for there.

I'm on sports hard running 2:51 laps I'm still tweaking little things but I'm starting to think my cars got a unfair advantage.

Nah, you're about 10 seconds off my Impreza, and that's the slowest car of the 4WDs.
