Hey, come on, you have to give it to me, I have every right to be hyped about T200 this time round after last time. But yea, you gonna go down Slenda.

True there was major mistakes last time :ouch: but i've also been working on my MR-S and it now feels like the perfect car to me

Hey how about we do a Lan Evo battle between you and me for T300 :sly:

GT-O Mat, I'm not touching an Evo in the first place. At least, not officially.

Before you do, take note that the limit for each class are:

T400: 3.5 engine size limit
T500: 4.0 engine size limit

Car must cost below 120,000CR. (Just the car. No CR limit for modification.)

More updates have been made to the OP.

A yup I took those into consideration and Nada so far

Surely the 240Z is over 3000cc engine size???

2.4l I6 all the Z's number designation denote their engine size. as do the Silvia/ Schassis. 300= 3.0 350=3.5 so on so forth you get it. Are you scared of the 240Z?

My T300 car for FR class is almost ready. It just needs a few more tests to ensure a consistent pace now that I've started testing with tyre wear on.

So what are the displacement restrictions for the new classes? I'm thinking of a 190 Benz for T300 and maybe an S15 for T400, or something else depending on displacement regulations.

this will help 👍

I have a quick question. DO you guys consider RUF a tuner company or is it elegible given Porsche isn't in the game?

I figured I'd ask because I have heard people refer to them as making hopped up Porsche's. But, This means I can use my spray painted Canary for T500

I just looked in the descriptions of them all and it mentions it on at least two of them 👍

So am I good to go or should I reconsider?

edit: Or option 3 Call my self a psychopath and keep at trying to tune a type of car I have never been able to tune.

^ it's gonna be a no. I just checked how much I paid for the car and it exceeds the 150k CR. limit mat set. No biggie though.

An update for anyone interested, I'm testing one last car and then editing and proofreading the results. They should be up in the next hour. I'm again terribly sorry for such a massive delay in my results, but I did what I could when I had the opportunity to.

It's alright. At least you apologized, unlike Tak.

Me, Onboy, Korza and Hei are in the video section of GT5. Something's happening.

Hei
It's okay rob, just glad this is coming to a close.

Same here. This has been a pain with my computer going haywire at the beginning of my testing, getting my bad grades, and having to balance my friends and personal time into the mix. I'm making a promise that the next showdown will be as quick and organized as T300. That's how it should be.

Wooooo Finally!!! lol just ribbing ya rob, I'm just excited to get on with it and move to T200.

Exactly how I feel.

GTP's Hot Version - Touge Showdown Touge MAX Results

Ladies and gentleman! Welcome back to GTP’s Hot Version!

All tests were performed with ABS 1 and offline with grip reduction on real.

Ratings are primarily based on driving feel as well as sector time.

Ratings –
Poor > Fair > Average > Good > Excellent
Mild > Moderate > Severe

Cars will be judged on:
Grip
Rotation
Engine
Transmission
LSD
Suspension
Brakes

--------------------------------------------------

SAPPH – Honda NSX Type R ‘02

Sector Time: 29.666

Impressions: This car accelerates very well, and can manage the power just as gracefully. The car grips and rotates excellently, as the NSX naturally does; hugging the road and showing no signs of oversteer or understeer. The car is responsive to every input (or rather, command.) and responds with grace and precision. The car stops well. The only fault I could find was inside wheelspin, which felt prevalent in every corner. Besides that, the car is top notch.

Pros:
-Excellent Grip
-Excellent Rotation
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent Transmission
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-Average LSD

Score: 99

--------------------------------------------------

DCybertron – Audi R8 5.2 FSI quattro ‘09

Sector Time: 29.117

Impressions:
This car has excellent grip and acceleration, but lacks some top speed from its short gears. There’s a bit of mild understeer here and there, but nothing uncontrollable. The car is very stable and brakes well. The engine is powerful and responsive. The car surprisingly puts all of its power down very well. It’s a great car, even for a beginner.

Pros:
-Excellent Grip
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent LSD
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-Mild Understeer
-Average Transmission

Score: 98

--------------------------------------------------

krenkme – BMW M3 Coupe ‘07

Sector Time: 29.867

Impressions: The car has excellent rotation off-throttle, a bit too much, but understeers mildly when on it. The first thing I noticed was how well the car braked, and a bit of inside wheelspin, but not as much as the NSX had. The car gripped the road pretty well, while making excellent use of its suspension. The car sounded like a fart can ricer, but that didn’t stop it from being fast.

Pros:
-Excellent Grip
-Excellent Off-Throttle Rotation
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent Transmission
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-Mild On-Throttle Understeer
-Average LSD

Score: 98

--------------------------------------------------

robrabbitman – Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X GSR P.P. ‘07

Sector Time: 30.167

Impressions: After driving all of the other cars, I’ve decided that I liked my Evo a lot more than I had previously thought. It felt so great and familiar to me. The car accelerated well, but not lightning fast, and it hugged the road while rotating excellently around corners and providing supercar levels of grip. It brakes nicely and overall works well with my driving style.

Pros:
-Excellent Grip
-Excellent Rotation
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent Transmission
-Excellent LSD
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-None

Score: N/A

--------------------------------------------------

BobbyBRAKEaNek – Chevrolet Camaro SS ‘10

Sector Time: 29.266

Impressions: The car stopped well from corner one! The car makes great use of its transmission, but doesn’t put its power down that well. The car has some inside wheelspin (this is becoming a trend.) in 2nd-4th gear corners, and lacks a lot of stability coming out of slower corners. It also has some mild understeer when not on-throttle. It is powerful and torquey, but too powerful for itself to control.

Pros:
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent Transmission
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-Average Grip
-Mild Understeer
-Average LSD

Score: 96

--------------------------------------------------

Slender_Man – Nissan GT-R M・spec Nür (R34) ‘02

Sector Time: 29.634

Impressions: Wow, this car is excellent in every way. It’s fast, it’s responsive, it’s predictable, and it manages itself quite nicely. The acceleration is blistering provided you shift at 7k until ~160 mph when it really flops on its face. The car hugs the road while providing lots of information on what’s going on. The brakes are excellent, especially for a Skyline. Top notch tune from a top notch racer.

Pros:
-Excellent Grip
-Excellent Rotation
-Excellent Engine
-Good Transmission
-Excellent LSD
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-Low Top Speed

Score: 100

--------------------------------------------------

SolidSnake7735 – Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C6) ‘06

Sector Time: 29.267

Impressions: This car has Veyron killing acceleration. It’s incredibly fast... wait, do I have milk bottle tops as brakes? No, I’m just going too fast and braking too late. To be honest, this car is the epitome of why I didn’t enter a Corvette in TMAX. There’s a lot of outside wheelspin, leading to a loss of stability in really any corner. The car has too much power and it can’t put it all down, and to top it off, it understeers mildly. It’s an average car; that’s all I really have to comment.

Pros:
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent Transmission
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-Average Grip
-Average Rotation
-Average LSD

Score: 95

--------------------------------------------------

fbccars925 – Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR ‘08

Sector Time: 29.066

Impressions: Just looking at the specs, I’m afraid of this car. Can somebody say “tyre-shredder”? I was pleasantly surprised, as this car was not quite the handful I thought it would be. The car felt excellent in some corners and kind of lazy in others, with average rotation overall. And hell, it’s fast! I didn’t even get to touch 6th, nor would I have dared! It has quite a bit of wheelspin in slower corners because of its massive torque. This car is what a Viper should be, a prowling snake that hunts smaller prey and will bite you if you dare agitate it.

Pros:
-Good Grip
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent Transmission
-Excellent LSD
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-Moderate Exit Wheelspin
-Average Rotation

Score: 96

--------------------------------------------------

Hei – Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Hemi Quad Cab ‘04

Sector Time: 30.117

Impressions: Oh my... a Yank Tank on the touge! But seriously, this truck is excellent for being a giant red behemoth! It only understeers a bit, but feels excellent for being such a big and heavy car. The only thing that was bad about this truck was that it accelerated so slowly... it was on par with most of my 500PP cars, which says a lot. Other than that, this car was great!

Pros:
-Excellent Grip
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent LSD
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-Mild Understeer
-Poor Acceleration

Score: 98

--------------------------------------------------

Onboy123 – Subaru Impreza Sedan WRX STI spec C ‘04

Sector Time: 29.450

Impressions: Ahh... another Impreza from Onboy. I don’t have anything to say besides utter perfection. This car just felt like a faster (and winged) version of his T300 car with a little more rotation in the mix. It’s such an excellent car. Let the results speak for themselves.

Pros:
-Excellent Grip
-Excellent Rotation
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent Transmission
-Excellent LSD
-Excellent Suspension
-Excellent Brakes

Cons:
-None

Score: 100

--------------------------------------------------

TanJaM92 – Shelby Series One Super Charged ‘03

Sector Time: 29.583

Impressions: This car is really nice to drive… it accelerates well and hugs the road excellently. I really like everything about this car except the inside wheelspin and oversteer during braking. I just dislike braking oversteer in general because it can get a touch out of hand and cause unwanted breaks of traction.

Pros:
-Excellent Grip
-Excellent Rotation
-Excellent Engine
-Excellent Transmission
-Excellent Suspension

Cons:
-Average LSD
-Oversteer During Braking

Score: 98

These results were really delayed.. but here they are! I can't wait for next season. With the inclusion of drivetrain classes and two new power classes, the season is bound to be filled with exciting new cars. See you all next time!

By the way it sounds, my Viper is close to being a massively good Touge Beast if not a :sly: Touge Monster. Too bad we wont have another Tmax

Oh crap. My 2000gt's are out then. My first one was 125k i shelled 135 for the second. Used with refresh tickets to reset them to 0/0/1
