GTR Black Mask edition

I have looked very hard for details on how you unlock this, but I can't find them anywhere.

So, apologies if this is a repost, but can anyone tell me how you do it?

Actually I doubt that you will be able to use the Black Mask edition anymore. It was only for the first 2 days of the demo. Once unveiled (the 2nd time) I don't think it will have the masks.
