@Everyone: Plese keep an eye to the sheet and report here any mistake I could have done.
Thanks

Hey, I'm representing the PURE sanctioning body here, just gonna quickly outline some of our intentions:

  • We're taking the weight of dealing with on-track incidents off of the heads, Masi, Litchi, stewards.
  • We'll be providing a new incident report system for easy sorting and archiving of any racing incidents. This will only be vieweable by PURE officials. It's sort of a filter process, we'll handle the low-level incidents and pass on only major incidents that need direct word from Masi and Litchi.
  • We'll be following a "4 C's" process approach to resolving incidents - Contact, Check, Convene, and Convey. Contact - we will contact all drivers involved. People will be told against PM'ing us, instead they will only need to fill out the report (which will be a Google docs sheet) then they'll need to wait for us to contact them. Check - we will then follow up by checking available evidence, like replays, photos, stories, and comparing them for consistency. Convene - it will be a rule that in order to complete the process we must get together with at least one more official to get their opinion and confirmation on findings or proposed action, we will not contact any drivers involved at this point. So an "official" can be anyone from PURE that's not involved in WSGTC or a steward from WSGTC not involved in the incident (usually someone from the opposite racing class). Convey - we will contact the drivers involved and officiate the results or penalties and send the package to Masi or Litchi for posting/archiving.
  • We'll be providing our penalty system that's currently in use at JGTS for easy and effective penalties that are calculated only at the end of the season so all results during the season are immediately official.
  • We'll be establishing a place for all replays from races to be posted for easy access by every one. We want to make it a rule that every authorized race host must know how to upload a replay and it will be mandatory for them to post up their replay and are encouraged to find an alternative replay from another region (so if the host is NTSC they'll be encouraged to find a PAL driver to post their replay as well/
  • We'll also provide driver coaching, pre-race and post-race, for anyone that needs it. This will either by through clarifying rules and on-track critique.

Hi, I have registered to the PAL GT300 league I was thinking of using the Amemiya Asparadrink RX7 '06.

Hi. All of the 06 amemiya's have been taken already. The 04 amemiya is still available.

Have any of you guy's tested if the ONLINE BUG has been fixed ??? is the max number of drivers per room without bug is still 12 ??

Still 12 yes, will probably stay that way for a long time.

No, I can't go to sleep man, I'm in NTSC Conference tonight (green flag at 4:00am for me..) cause I couldn't do the race yesterday in PAL Conference ;)

@Wardez, are you saying that all results are immediately official? They are only revised at the end of the season? Not that I am against this, but this could lead to problems. For example, a driver finishes, let's say, 3rd in the series. Then upon reviewing all races, with the penalties, that driver is dropped down to 5th. I think that person will feel angry for that.

I'm not saying it is wrong, it might have mixed feelings between the drivers. Might as well award the penalties as soon as possible so then they can cool down and forget what happened. Note that I'm suggesting this in benefit of myself as well as I tend to get upset very easily and Im sure the stewards don't want to deal with me in that matter.

Just my 2 cents. 👍

Man, Litchi, you are one dedicated fella! Amazing job, never seen anyone work so hard.

srry for double post :D

I am in GT500, driving Calsonic GT-R.

Is the NTSC GT500 race going to be run in WSGTC-NTSC-1 room?

Masi already states a long time ago that results would be official and set in stone as soon as a race ends.

People will know what their penalty score is through out the duration of the series but it won't be put up on the board till the season's complete. So people will still know what they have to do in order to clinch a position in the championship, no problem.

2 hours to go and i'm still at OR. I'm afraid i cant make it on time for the preseason race tday.
