I want to thank everyone involved with the series. From the sponsors, drivers to the stewards, admins and creator. I'd like to pay special thanks to Litchi for taking over the series and keeping it running. Then from behind the scenes in conjunction with PURE organization, the admins and stewards put a lot of time and effort into handling incidents, watching tons of replays, checking fastest laps, points tracking and new hp/wt/pp values. Thank you Cicua for your dedication on getting those values in a timely manor each week and of course Eddie and Denilson for overseeing the complaints in a non-biased way. Every decision regarding complaints took care and deliberation by many so that the outcome was fair. It may not have seemed fair to some but I assure you chances were given and rules were held up. Especially when the complaints started being filtered through PURE.

Thank you to everyone that stuck it out, and even some that almost stayed to the end. It's been a good experience.

Congratulations to the top 4 in each class. Good luck in the finals. I know i will need it. I hope to race with you guys in other events or even the predecessor to this series.

I got a set for Christmas. They are very nice for sound quality. Congrats on getting a pair toyotsupra.

I would very much like to be invited to race in the next season. :)
I'm a bit slow on some courses, but I race as clean as posible. I completed a season with the GTPFIA series and ran Division 2 for Jav. I also run with toyotsupra in that series, a GT500 series and in GTPFIA Touring car & RM series. My favorite is the GT500 & GT300 series. 👍

I would like to say that this has been a great ride for me did not make top 4 even though i should of showing my pace but thank you to all of u that made this happen I know ot was not eassy by no meNs from my point of view well done guys and to all that ran ntsc gt 500 well done boys had a blast running with u all hope to see u al next season if we get r invite good luck too all next round and to william thank you for your time great guy...........
 
So an announcement regarding the format for the playoff tournament will be announced tomorrow. Cars, tracks, and brackets, will all be disclosed simultaneously. So, to those top 4 of each division, set aside time for practice. Basically what's going to happen is we're going to name the match-ups this Sunday and those 16 drivers will have all week to schedule themselves a race with their competitor. It will be a best of three rounds format race.

The deadline for submitting results will be Saturday at midnight Pacific Daylight Time GMT -7. After that, results will be tabulated and new brackets announced for the second week.

It'll go from 16 for the first week, 8 for the second week then 4 will face off in the semi-finals on April 28th with the matches being broadcast over my stream on that Saturday. Two will be eliminated and it'll be down to one on one for the grand prize rSeat Evo V3 racing cockpit.

btw, the next series that's invitation only will NOT be WSGTC 4, but something else all together... invites will be going out all week, keep a close eye on your inboxes here on GTP.

also btw, rest assure that none of the stewards or admin's actually in the playoffs have anything to do with the format or structuring planning. It's all down to independent stewards and other staff not in the playoffs.

I am very disappointed, penalize those who participated in several other races in a tournament with prizes is not right, in my case I have postponed several commitments so as not to lose the races in any Championship cars I never saw such a thing, who does not compete or finishes last will pay the consequences, does not remove points to those who deserved more.

Only the 8 best results count. The 2 worst rounds are dropped. It does not matter why they were worst. This has been part of the rules from the beginning.

But I understand your disappointment. You are the only driver in PAL-GT500 who has competed in all 10 rounds, and applause for that! :cheers:

The rules are what they are simply because over 10 fridays, most people will have to be absent because of real life stuff, at least once or twice. And many will have at least one race destroyed by a DC, or other kind of accident.

Every race needs a steward to watch and get the replay. Of course, you can steward any of the races you like 👍
 
Yes, slight delay due to tax season, but they'll be going out quite soon.

There's no plans for now to start a WSGTC 4.

However, we (PURE) are planning on a 2nd season of "PURE|JGTS", which is a GT500, invitation only annual championship.

There's plenty of open registration PURE-series about to start right now, so just join one, and proove you're a fair, clean and respectful driver and you'll be invited. 👍

PURE|JGTS was my best on-line experiance ever. No drama, 100% good sportmanship. Participation was also the best I've ever experianced.
We keep participation numbers up because of the nature of the racing. All invited drivers are also expected to show if they decide to sign up. A non stated no-show equals instant ban from the championship and any future PURE series.
We know that things can pop up from no where IRL, so if the explenation is good and believable, there's ofc no ban. 👍
