Of course. It's a pre season race. A good way to find out how the rolling start works and the checks on cars to make sure they are legal. Just make sure you set your car to specs listed by masi from season 2.

• Read the Racing Code! (Click Here!)

Pre-Race Qualifying

• Since we're not doing the weekly qualifying, we'll do a pre-race one instead.
• After pre-race PP Checks are done, the track will be reset.
• The field will be given 15 minutes to do their Qualifying in Free-Run
• If you are satisfied with a lap, DRIVE back to the pits. DO NOT press PAUSE and then EXIT!
• Again, drive back to the pits! Do not press pause and exit!
• Stay in the Pits and wait for the start of the race.
• Once everyone has been confirmed to be inside the pits, the host will start the race.
• Once the countdown hits ZERO, DO NOT MOVE!
• The field will roll slowly and maintain 50mph/80kph
• Maintain your grid spots while holding a double-file grid (8 rows, 2 columns)
• Follow the Rolling Start Procedure Inside the OP!

1. Yes, they are based on broken in cars.
2. No, but he will dictate when the race will start a hundred meters or so before the start-finish line.
It's in the OP. Read it 839 times - ok im kidding Here it is anyway:

Again, do not cross that minimum distance until 'AFTER' you go past the start-finish line - meaning, you cannot go full
throttle until the car ahead of you (left or right side) goes full throttle first. This method is tried and proven over two
seasons and should minimize incidents into Turn 1 (you win or lose races on T1 ). It also gives more meaning and
emphasis on those hard earned qualifying spots. Remember, the qualifying procedure we're doing this first preseason
race is not the one we'll use in the regular season. But alas, before thinking ahead, you have to do the qualifier first
and make that cut


Here's an example of Rolling-Start in real life Super GT:




And here is a disciplined rolling pack - skip to 3:00 mark:
