OK, so no one could/would help me with qualy tonite in PAL-1 (signed in at 2000 EST/ 0100 GMT), I have run out of time. I know it won't count, and I will start from the rear, but if anyone who cares:

Session Steward: N/A
Pilot Number: #56 Pilatus1431
Qualifying laps: 2:01.491 | 2:00.460

And just to double check, we simply need another racer from the league to verify lap cleanliness for the qualy to count, or a steward needs to be in the room? If the former, it wouldn't be too difficult for one to just watch a couple quick laps and help out. (PLC2563) thanks.

Are you sure you have run out of time? Deadline was moved to 13:00 EST today due to the maintenance 👍

Unfortunately yes. I had to finish earlier last night as I am flying all day today and won't get back home till after the deadline. No big deal, I'll just start from the rear. :dopey:

Also, apologies for being a bit snarky in earlier posts, I was just a little frustrated, and it's nobody's fault but my own. I could have qualified with help earlier if I had just asked earlier. No excuse to take it out on anyone. :ouch:

@Trajikone, do you mind if we share/ exchange setups? Looks like I'm pretty close to you lap-time wise. Jut curious to see what someone else is using on the same car.

Could anyone who will not be able to make the 18:00 GMT qualifying deadline but wants to race tonight please post the following information in order to be added to the waiting list for starting at the back of the field;

PSN ID:
Driver #:

Hi, I won't be able to come back from work early enough in order to qualify. i'll be glad to start from the last position though ;)

PSN ID: ByGGy
Driver #: 42

Like I posted a few days ago, I am indeed going out for dinner tonight with the parents since it's my Dad's birthday - so won't be able to make it. Only qualified incase we ended up going out at the weekend instead. Nevermind, would have liked the experience to get back into GT300 racing, have a good race everyone 👍 :)

The pre-season races are supposed to provide an opportunity for the inexperienced racer to get familiar with general procedures, live qualifying and Super GT racing. PAL GT500 only has 3 out of 24 drivers who have done the live Q so far.

Hi guys. Heum, my gf comes at home tonight after work (20.00GMT about) so I won't be able to race. This is why my quali lap time is strike on the sheet.

No worry guys, Dan (Paginas) will be your Steward tonight for the races progress.

Oh, just remember Dan, the grid for the sprint race has the same rules than our PURE rules ;)
I let you explain it in a good english ;)

And damages are full

Have fun guys. Love you!!

Are you switching to NTSC instead?

Also. Isn't it reverse grid based on result, rather than reverse grid based on qualifying , as in pure?

That's my understanding, its not the same a PURE

The question was asked not long ago in one of the threads and was answered as this

Are you switching to NTSC instead?

Oh yeah, good idea ;). So could you switch my lap time in ntsc please?
NTSC Green flag is 4:00 am for me so i hope that I will not be too tired lol.

btw, I'm switching now but this is only because it's a preseason race. When the regular season will begin, you can't switch just before a race like i just done.

About the grid for the sprint race, it's a reverse grid from your place in the qualification (and not from the previous race results). If you don't do your quali (like ByGGY), you start at back for the both races.

Oh, and i just begin to update the team list on the sheet. Done for PAL, I ask for a steward to do it for NTSC please, thanks .

Theres nothing in that post about how the second race will be run. Is it a reverse gird for the sprint race based on the feature race?

Also is the qualifying that we are doing this week for drivers to be eligible to take part in the race and also their grid positions? Or will the drivers who make the cut have to do a qualifying run on the day of the race?

i will answer this if i may.
the sprint race will be run with a reverse grid , based on the results from the feature race.
the qualifyer being run this week is for grid position.

This is what i saw earlier in the week and no one said any different

oops dp sorry!

Heum.. I said that:

And Twisted said that:

So what is true?
