Hey Shagg, on the 1st page for ballast, for 4th & 5th place we get to -10kg off our car for this next Saturdays race at Monza? I know that I have to qualify with my regular weight.
T

You are at default weight already so there is no weight to take off your car. So like if someone who was in top 3 at indy finishes outside podium at monza, they will get some weight taken off at race 3 they had gained from finishing on podium at indy.

and keep finishing on the podium so you get more weight, so when I come back I can win.

I wont be racing this weekend and possibly the next so I will probably be stuck with this weight for a longgg time haha :ill:

Glad to have you Benny!! I hope you will join us in the spec series that we will start soon. :)

Thanks Mike! I'm not sure about the spec series (college starting, and I play baseball), but I hope I can make it! I'm really looking forward to being in an organized league like this, and I hope I can be competitive. Especially with the GTA royalty that is my teammate. :P Thanks for having me though, and great job in the first race!

Its a lot fun been in this league since near the beginning almost 2 years ago. Thanks wish i could of got the win in the first race but Immortal is a monster his pit strategy ended up being the better strategy. Just remember Benny you have to qualify with a steward sometime this week, you have till 12 hrs before the race to do it. :)

Will do Mike. I read all the rules so I don't have any excuses if I screw up. :P I'll probably try to qualify Thursday or Friday, I've got to practice and get my setup down beforehand. Hopefully Jett can join this week too, so I don't disgrace the Alt+F4 name.

You will do fine, if you see me on when you want to qualify just message me i am one of the stewards and i can qualify you. :)

Since you guys have weight it would be nice if everyone was running in the 1:54's then'

That's what the ballast system is for. Once the race starts, it can become a whole new ball game 👍

I'm actually now announcing that people have until the 4th race to change cars if they choose. After that the cars are locked in and changing cars will result in points deductions or cancellations. So your good until then 👍

Also make sure you know its the standard '00 raybrig, not the premium one.

Thanks for joining 👍

And another thing make sure you do not have an engine upgrade done to it, no engine upgrades are aloud.

Is the net down in the whole area or is it just yours?

I hate to say this, but I'm going to have to miss this weekends race. Wife made other plans. I'll be back the following weekend.
Sorry all.

Note to everyone, this weekend ill be up north visiting family so things won't look the way they normally do. Images for qualifying and images for results, points and etc will be replaced by direct links as the other stewards don't have the programs I have to do that stuff.

Also if dragon doesnt race this weekend, the official displaying of the results will be delayed until I get back from Maryland (Monday). The other stewards will be racing so I will get the results and will get them done if Dragon isn't here (he's the only other one that knows how to do RPM). So if things don't look as professional as they normally do, they will be back up and running come Monday :)

Sorry for the inconvenience 👍

Thanks mate. You can ask league veterans, I have a bit of a perfection problem so it's bothering me knowing that things aren't going to look AWESOME like I try to make things... I want to stab something :scared:

I told King how to do things so he should be able to keep you guys informed atleast on points and stuff :)

I also will have phone/computer access so ill still be in contact

This is basically how the qualifying chart will look like for the rest of the week, just a link hehe sorry :)

Damn Shagg, I felt pretty good about my practice times until I saw that 1:53.4 :scared:

That is amazing!

Don't get to scared that was like an absolute perfect lap (I feel). I was running consistent 53.7s-54.2 then that .4 happened. I almost died. I'm just shocked I didn't choke during qualifying let alone run 3 tenths faster then my norm.

Thanks though. I just picked a good time to go crazy.

I hear ya Bo I just broke into the low 1:54's, but a 53 is insane! Watch out for Veloci too he's running 53's with ease!

I'd say we have 4-5 guys capable of qualifying in the 53's, if they all show up it would probably take 34's just to make the room. Even if they don't all show, I'm betting it will take low to mid 35's.

Depending if Joey and Patrick and Ron show up will decide the fate of the cut off line. I won't be there for sure so that's one open spot. Ron won't know until Thursday when a tech comes out for the internet. If Ron doesn't show I'd say the cut off will be around a 55.2-.5. If he does that will probably push it to a 54.8ish. That's just my prediction.

One good thing is that we now have a lot signed up so room b will actually be pretty solid. So if people get pushed to room b don't get discouraged! You should still be racing with about 5 people in your class.

I cant wait to start getting to the more technical tracks. All these straights get pretty boring after a while. Nurb should be a cracker. :P

I'm pretty confident on making room a.... barring a meltdown in qualifying
