Ah well, as long as it's not fixed host, I don't think it matters too much. I'll just roll with it when 6:30 comes around lol

Yeeaaaah, made room A! Looks like its going to be a great race, there's little blocks of people on very similar times!

Ps Shagg, the room a line for 300s is in the wrong place I think.

It's right, shagg won't be able to make the race cuz of his other duties he has every once in awhile that makes him miss races sometimes:lol:

I just saw tiernizzles time. :ouch: very very close yet again. Happy with second, gonna look to attack dragon in the first chicane, yo mirrors are gonna be filled with a red mist mate.

Yeah It's called life . I miss races all the time things always pop up

Hey shagg, would you say that the average 500 lap time is 49 and the average 300 time is 56? I just need to work out how many laps us 300's will do...

Sounds about right. I predict the 300s will do about 45-46. More straights here means 500s will be at a quicker pace

It looks everything is set for this weeks race. This weeks race will be 50 Laps.

Just a reminder on how things will work. We will have the room open probably 30 minutes before 7ET that way we can get things set up and make sure everything is operating. We will probably get the race started closer to 7:30 just depends when everyone gets into the room. (Also takes a bit to do all of the regs). Be sure to follow my instructions when we are doing regs so we can get through it as smooth as possible.

When we are doing the pace laps remember that it is staggered rolling start so you are to keep a car length inbetween you and the next driver. Here is an image describing how to this:

500s will go first on the parade lap and will be allowed to get about a 20-30 second gap. Pace speed is 70 mph and is up to pole sitter to keep this speed. When the leader hits the start finish line that when everyone goes full speed. THERE IS NO PASSING before the start finish line.

Anybody in red on the qualify chart means they have indicated they won't be there. The room a drivers have been adjusted for this fact.

The people above the black line are racing in Room A and people below the line will be in Room B. We will have a full room b consisting of the full scheduled distance of 50 laps. On paper we should have about 5 500 drivers and 4 300 drivers. It is important that all room b drivers show up to ensure the best product of racing for all drivers involved. We will also be tracking the laps done so if someone in room a exits early in the race, anybody who finishes more laps in room b will be given there position. Also the winner in room b will be given a points boost so you all are fighting for something.

If you are in Room B stay tuned cause if someone in Room A doesn't show up they could be upgraded to Room A. People in room b will have priority based on qualifying results.

Good luck! 👍

Ok. When doing settings make sure you follow OP (no mics, non fixed host, etc).

Instructions to host of room b (and those racing in room b):

Open room and post room number here. Know all op procedures and have car regulations handy. When room a is about to start, a steward (king or dragon) will message the host of room b to let them know they are about to start the race. This will be the indication to the room b host to start regulations. Room b host make sure to instruct to everyone that once regs start the garage will be closed.

Next start setting the regulations with the 300s first. Start at the lowest HP and work your way up. If no WedsSport celica is present then the weight can stay unlimited. When 300s are done then do 500s. Set HP to 433 and set weight to 1130 kg to allow GTRs to the track. When doing this most 300 cars will get kicked from the track so make sure no one enters garage. Then raise weight limit to 1180 for the NSXs. Once they get on track unlimit the weight and everyone can get on track. If anyone enters garage during all of this after they have been checked then take note of there name and they will be subject to sanctions.

Confirm?

Original Post
No passing is to be allowed until after you have passed the start finish line and you must stay inline until you pass the start finish line.

Sorry, just need a clarification here. The second quote would intimate everyone has to wait until they hit the start/finish line, but Shagg, you're saying we can go when the leader passes the start/finish line?

Just clarify, please. :)

Oh yeah, what should the race delay be, or whatever that timer is called when first place finishes the race?

Make it the highest possible. Also need someone to be able to post replay file. You know how to do that alefin?

since we're talking, I'd be more worried about the guys right behind you and just try to keep up :lol::lol::lol:

Anyone?

Thanks.

Sorry for the confusion. You step on the gas when the leader hits the line. Make sure not jump as it can be reviewed after the race and result in penalties
