Qualifying is now open for this week's race. This will be the post that will be used for the qualifying results. It is going to be this Saturday at 7ET. It will be at Daytona Infield and will be an hour and a half long endurance race (50 Laps)
This post here will detail the results, procedures and etc on how we do qualifying (See OP for more details). Qualifying is over and final 12 hours before the scheduled start of the race.
The chart below details the current qualifying standings. This will be updated as the week goes forth and when a new page is made I will quote this post

Bit rough numbers this week but should be up to normal next week. If Joey doesn't show then there will be no room b driver for the 300s so I drew the line to represent that. We still have 6 500 drivers though so we will need a room b host. Any takers?

300s should be better next week, I know boshuter had a deal so he couldn't be here this weekend. So joe, killa, and bo hope to see ya at suzuka, and veloc have fun in silverstone and hope you have time when you get back to race with us.

I noticed theres 5 raybrigs lol, if any of you guys want I'll send an arta or castrol to mix it up a lil, they all got the same specs all around so its whatever color you want really. just let me know drivers, its no biggie either way.

It looks everything is set for this weeks race. This weeks race will be 50 Laps.

Just a reminder on how things will work. We will have the room open probably 30 minutes before 7ET that way we can get things set up and make sure everything is operating. We will probably get the race started closer to 7:30 just depends when everyone gets into the room. (Also takes a bit to do all of the regs). Be sure to follow my instructions when we are doing regs so we can get through it as smooth as possible.
When we are doing the pace laps remember that it is staggered rolling start so you are to keep a car length inbetween you and the next driver. Here is an image describing how to this:

500s will go first on the parade lap and will be allowed to get about a 20-30 second gap. Pace speed is 70 mph and is up to pole sitter to keep this speed. When the leader hits the start finish line that when everyone goes full speed. THERE IS NO PASSING before the start finish line.
Anybody in red on the qualify chart means they have indicated they won't be there. The room a drivers have been adjusted for this fact.
The people above the black line are racing in Room A and people below the line will be in Room B. We will have a full room b consisting of the full scheduled distance of 50 laps. On paper we should have about 6 500 drivers and no 300 drivers. It is important that all room b drivers show up to ensure the best product of racing for all drivers involved. We will also be tracking the laps done so if someone in room a exits early in the race, anybody who finishes more laps in room b will be given there position. Also the winner in room b will be given a points boost so you all are fighting for something.
If you are in Room B stay tuned cause if someone in Room A doesn't show up they could be upgraded to Room A. People in room b will have priority based on qualifying results.

im excited to be back guys, as u can see ive come back with a pole position in mind, before i left i held back alot because i was afraid to wreck people and didnt wanna be "that guy" but like the rest of you im here to win and have fun, i look forward to seeing you all tomorrow evening

No he's not, unfortunately he's having internet issues right now. I think shagg and king know a lil more on this, but all I know is he has no internet right now.
Also since alefin will be in room A, who feels comfortable taking on hosting duties for room B? 500 regs are a lot easier to do, just check weight 1180 then 1130 with all other regs set. And will need full result details of room B.

Yea 15 hundreths between 8, 9, & 10. Gonna be a race in Room B tonight. And thank God for this wide open track. I hope people are extremely careful braking into turn 1 behind someone. Thats easy to get wrong

That now gives us 7 300 drivers. We could upgrade one 500 car to room A to keep 16 drivers or leave that spot open to help with connectivity.

Lets keep it open, should be a decent race in room B and A as it is, don't wanna take away from room B any. JMO.

Couple reminders about the pit road here. Definitely be careful coming down pit road as if you are coming in too fast, the pit lags and it like re enters you like a second later. So you lose like 5 seconds on pit road because of it.
Also everyone MUST use the real life pit road exit in turn 1. We will review the tape to see if anyone violates this and will result in penalties if someone does violate it.

Im almost not sure if i will race tonight!! Redskins game comes on at 8pm if i race i will miss RGIII in action. HMMMMM what to do.
