I was very much disapointed on my self. I was desperately wanted to win something in preQs to race with you guys, but i wasnt lucky tonight. Hope i would be on starting grid next week…

You're about 1.5 seconds off the fastest online time I've seen.
Send me a message on PSN when you're next on, we're gonna sort your car out m8... :D
@swiftsmith

Some deabte ongoing in private with regards to preq race1 might have to go to the court of arbitration (CBA) to clear my name at this rate! Desparate to be in proper races!

looks like i will be out in Pre Q. don't know where you all find the time from.

I approach it like Tito Rabat.

First, just find a setting you are comfortable with in terms of the handling, get the car to a base where you can take it anywhere and drive the car hard.

Second, put the hours in. Go round and round and round until you've got each sector nailed, then try to put them together.

i am sorry to say ruin the race in pre q 1. not sure what happened i braked super early but must of had loads of over run in the slip stream. sorry to all.

should of ran to the outside, but thought i could dump on the grass in the inside and be out the way just just smashed into the 2 leaders.

and waste it on the final lap :lol:

thanks Ninja, i think i spend to much time changing the car and not enough time getting the track dialled. Will spend time just getting settled ready for the next race.

Once the track is in, then you can make small adjustments to the setup, maybe you need a little more oversteer, maybe the gearing is too long and that sort of thing, but I like having a solid base where I'm comfortable to start from and just chip away at the lap.

Look at F1 drivers, they have 3 and a half hours of Practice before Qualifying, not to mention all the simulator time they get as well. If you can get to the point where you know you can jump straight into a rhythm, then you're laughing, especially if your rhythm is quick.
