it's not that the pens are so strong its the 3% power difference from each place. meaning if you're a 0.050 faster, unlucky now you're 0.200 slower "good luck battling... no one"
I think the difference is due to the higher percentage. I feel storms may work, the top drivers are penalised more but everyone should still have the chance to challenge.

Anyway, pens and starts will be on my agenda for testing his week :)

Unfortunately all race at the nurb will be dry :(

Power pens too harsh? Race 2 qualifying...

Everyone was in the 46's, there was 0.7 seconds from first to last. Despite the skill range, this is as close as it's going to get.

I understand what you are trying to mean but it is blue, not accepting that I am a human and I make mistakes, he wants everything to be perfect on the first try, and doesn't give a warning, but he bans me from a whole race day? What kind of marshaling is this, dude?

Anyways, I am not going to bother anymore and I think I must leave the series for my own good. Do not invite me back, your invitation will be declined within a second.
And like I say, mistakes happen. But when you hit me on that formation lap on numerous occasions and think you don't have to slow down then yes that is a cause for concern. Hell, after that post storm looked at the actual incident and he was laughing at how bad you were.

If it was once okay, but you've caused problems with your driving in other series. At Tokyo we had akot of complaints, and last night your driving and language was appaling. You were on a thin wire as is and yes a race ban was legit for what you were doing. Rather than accepting and learning when 15 people try to explain you're wrong you throw a tantrum.

I don't expect perfection, I know mistakes happen. I even reported myself for a few incidents yesterday. However a mistake is something that happens once or twice, not over and over. Every race I've had loads of complaints about you, plus the rumours about your driving in other series, thinking you're an exception to slowing down and typing vile things in the chat room. This isn't no accident, it's an occurring lack of attention and care, and it's something we will all be glad to see the end of.

Best of luck 👍

First of,

"when you hit me on that formation lap on numerous occasions and think you don't have to slow down then yes that is a cause for concern"

Numerous? Seriously? Count other than two.

"...storm looked at the actual incident and he was laughing at how bad you were."

I told you I have not experienced something like that before, if a driver had more than 2 cars length, we would accelerate, not have the guy in front of me having a steady speed of 40kph which is 60 under the pace?!

"but you've caused problems with your driving in other series"

The previous season does not count as another series. What the actual, oh forget it, you aren't going to understand.

"However a mistake is something that happens once or twice, not over and over."

As I told you a billion times before, and above, count other mistakes at formation lap, rather than two.

"plus the rumours about your driving in other series, thinking you're an exception to slowing down and typing vile things in the chat room
"

This shows you do not think before writing... I told you you are not present at any other series, so why do you conclude so brainlessly?
Another thing, is swearing with ASTERISKS disallowed? You do not mention these things in the rules. Oh my god.

"This isn't no accident, it's an occurring lack of attention and care, and it's something we will all be glad to see the end of."

Oh no! I made it once, ban me! NOPE.
I would rather practise for my other series, than trying to point things you do not understand, true...

Do you know my driving on Stephen Vann's Storagetrunks GT500 Series? No.
Do you know my driving on Todor's Super GT Series? No.
Do you know my driving on the other series I race on? No.

Only so called GTTCC, where I drove a car like the Integra TC for the first time.
To be blunt I do and unfortunately its the same attitude you applied to this that makes you unable to see. There were 15 people not agreeing with you. If you cant see this then theres nothing anyone can do to help you, so best of luck with whatever you're doing next 👍

So...what's the final verdict on Nurburgring weather? Fully dry for all three races?
Yep all 3 races will be fully dry. Damn weather reporters :banghead:

I hope not... I think even if we ban inters and wets, a race in the rain on sports tyres would be rather interesting. Might set up a lobby later today or tonight with a wet track.

Edit - or not... Goddamnit True!!

I didn't feel any difference in wets conditions yesterday?

Not my fault, I don't see how they can say 'thunderstorms' then 'no rain at all'

Messaged you on Skype mate 👍

We would only need to go on YouTube and re-watch the only GTP Endurance Series Race you attended, before getting banned... funny that

GTPSS is stopped for GT6. Next.

(Is getting a reprimand a ban from the whole series, I cannot remember 10,000 rules)

Yeah I am, however true keeps saying stupid stuff so...
The only person coming back is you.

Okay, i'm stupid. I haven't studied motorsport for 15 years, nor passed uni, nor have made the same point as 15 other people. I'm stupid and a little girl, so just move on and stop posting please.

Regarding net issues, I think one of the main issues is people rejoining, even if it's just for oil change. It's best to open a brand new lobby 15mins before race start and do the starting grid immediately? Everyone okay with that?

I'm okay with that.

Sounds good. And I think people should only get one chance to rejoin... if they still can't see everyone then they should get better Internet. It is 2016 after all. ;)

No one react.
you mean like your reaction skills when filo was behind you? :P

I'm okay with that.

I don't think the problem is people's internets, but rather the servers. Constant rejoining and mass joining is the real problem.

Suggestion, when you put the race room up, PM the racers over PSN one by one to join the room, so that we don't have people joining the rooms at the same time? We used to do this in VRR when there are people who have visibility issues (coming from a country with notoriously slow internet, I was involved in a lot of those, so I'm quite familiar with the process ), and it fixed the problem most of the time.

This is under the assumption that you're going through with creating new lobbies for the race, though.

Have tried before. Usually people don't listen or just join, but yeah will try again 👍

Two is two too many.

My advice would be to always drive with damage on,(even when just practicing). You'll soon not hit things too much.

Am I using the right too?

Just do what I did, I got this to work by when someone entered the room before I had called them, just swear in the chat uncontrollably until they either cry or quit and wait. 👍 That's diplomacy... I think...

Another thing from reading here, and let me preface this by saying I'm NOT volunteering, but maybe you guys need a pace car for manual starts? Either that or do F1 rules where you must stay within 3-5 car lengths of the car in front for the start. Stewards can drop pens on anyone who abuses/ignores guidelines on starts.

EDIT: I think F1 is 10 car lengths, but that seems excessive for this series, especially if you're going back to shorter tracks like BH Indy.

So we're switching lobbies for all races?

If we at least do this for after the first race it'll be good since we rely on a Quali for Race 2 to determine grid which doesn't require any manual grid up or special instructions.

Also, chances are if people have done some prior practice and race in Race 1, they likely risk losing power for race 3 through oil change losing its boost... I say new lobby after race 1 moreso because of the way Race 2 transitions into Race 3 with reverse grid based on results, I'd like us to retain the mechanic for smoother transitioning if possible.

See. 2 years getting an English degree to finally use it

A good idea mate 👍

I doubt it. New room before race 1 and slowly call people in so the rejoining doesn't affect things. Hopefully we don't need to make new lobbies then, but yesterday's time schedule was a mess, will make sure it doesn't happen again 👍
