What do you guys use to blur pics? I have Paint Shop but I couldn't find a tool to do that circular blur.

We all use Adobe Photoshop. It's called radial blur.

You can do any kind of blur you like, as long as it's symmetrical - don't go rearraging bits of image, do it all equally. I'm sure someone with photoshop would be happy to blur it for you - i certainly wouldn't mind

Oh god ...

G.T no longer posts blurred cars. People post their own pictures when they guess correctly.

If they don't know how to blur a car, or don't have the software, they get someone else with photoshop, for example me or blazin, to blur it for them.

Because that person has blurred it, unless they've never come across it before, they'll know what the car is. If the person who is posting the blurre car wishes, the person who blurred it for them can moderate (ie say yes or no).
