That has a steering wheel. It's a hard one to call, really. It's somewhere in-between.

A ship has a steering wheel.

In the UK a Carver is not a car, it's a tricycle and the driving licence requirements differ accordingly. Maybe different in the US?

I just tend to see it the same as any other 3-wheeler car with a steering wheel. It just so happens it leans.

There were some bizarre changes in the UK (2013, I think) that led to the Carver, Morgan, and other 3 wheeled cars, requiring you to have a bike licence to drive them. though, if you possessed a Cat B1 licence before 2013, you don't need a bike licence to drive them. Also because of their weight (640kg) They're classed as a car when it comes to M.O.T's.

Fair enough, if you want to class it as a trike. But I still see it as a car, just as I would do the same for a Reliant Robin.

[EDIT]

TBH, if people want to call void on this one, then it's fine by me. As I don't really care either way.

@Mike-ZENKAI I don't suppose you could you do the honours of choosing another car please, preferably 4 wheels this time.

@Nessy, agree with you but if people want to call void on this one, no problem.
You can only drive it in Holland with a car licence. Beside the steering wheel it has the controls of a normal car.

@TenEightyOne, perhaps you would like to post the next one, we have had a small argument two times in a row now. ;)
