Hate to be the one to say so, but:

6. You must, when necessary, specify the car you think it could be. However, you may generalise your guess if your guess count allows it. For example, simply guessing Audi R8 LMP will mean you believe it's either the R8 Race Car '01 or R8 Race Car '05, thus taking up two of your guesses.

So, technically the first person to have guessed the C1 would be correct. Just saying Corvette would be too broad, but as long as there's less than 5 (assuming you're not making other guesses, of course) of a specific model, you could either list all of them or generalise it. I should perhaps have included a rule about specifying model before the riddler responds > generalisation :)

So which means im correct? Because if we follow the OP, so I guessed two C1 Corvettes(if you count the Art Morrison version) so should we change the winner? And also I did not add the generalisation rule and also I make the rules in this one so @NT_03 , revise the winner

Well, your "first" guess was the '69 Camaro SS, a specific car. Which means you had 4 free spaces, so to speak.

When you generalise a car (or track, for that sake), it works a little the same way as if you entered that into the new search machine in the GT6 dealership, meaning that you'd then guess it's either of the results found (except the searcher doesn't include cars based off of the car you search for. It applies here). And there just so happens to be less than 4 Corvette C1's.

You're the friggin' OP, you should know the darned rules

So am I correct? I guessed the C1 first before @Urbanliner. And since i'm the mod here, i'll be taking that turn

Heres the riddle
'Badly modeled in a game'

As far as I'm concerned, @FilipinoGTUser1 won this one fair and square!

Badly modeled in a game... Got to be a standard car then...
out of the blue I'll say the original Blitz Skyline (dont know the exact name but it was the only Blitz in GT4)

Meaning.. You instantly just took the riddle because it is just unspecified?

Meaning, if you just guessed Corvette C1, I am thinking you also guessed the 1959 racer, and so, Urbanliner got it fair and square, and henceforth, he should technically take this riddle. Just being an OP doesn't have to be like a ruler, who puts down a blaring excuse saying you are the supreme leader of a thread, that was just like Ferdinand Marcos did and said, and one example is if you talk bad about the president , you get murdered. especially if it was just simply mistaken just because i might've thought it could be the 1960 model, or the 1959 model. And also, Give Urbanliner a chance. He did not create any riddle yet, and you just ruined his only chance of writing down one.

Guys, guys, the point of that rule was instead of listing all five versions of X car (actually, let's just take the X2014 as an example), you could generalise your guess as Red Bull X2014. You're still guessing it's either the X2014 Junior, X2014 Standard or X2014 Fan Car. Quite simple: if the answer to the riddle was the X2014 Junior, it would be covered by the generalisation above.

Or am I that bad at explaining?

Then let me make an example:

Riddle: Rookie (answer: X2014 Junior)

Guess: Red Bull X2014 (meaning: X2014 Junior, Standard and Fan Car, as these are all either based off of or actual variations of the X2014)

This would be a correctly answered riddle.

Using the C1-riddle, we all know that the '54 C1 was the answer. But exactly how many C1 variations are there?

There's obviously the '54 C1, and there's the Art Morrison Corvette, which is based off of a C1 Corvette, thus it's a C1 as much as the '54. That's all I can think of.

So, when you generalise Corvette C1, those would be the two that's basically being guessed, hence generalising Corvette C1 is just as correct as writing the entire name (unless the generalisation means you break your guess limit)

Actually.. These are the variants of the C1.

C1 Coupe' 54
C1 Roadster' 54
C1 Racer' 59
Art Morrison Corvette' 60
C1' 53

Forgot to check the other games it seems :banghead:

Then Filipino was indeed above and beyond the limit. In which case you would not be able to determine if the correct one would be among the ones meant. So, in the end result, @Urbanliner takes it.

Wait I tought we're only allowed to use cars in GT6. Remember in game we only have 2 C1s. The Corvette Racer is a concept for the C2. And furthermore, the Corvette C1s that @NT_03 replied, are those even in game? And lastly its been 4 hrs, so lets continue my riddle.
I'll be using ET due to school

Suzuki Alto Works' 97

And, how come the title said you guess cars from ALL GT games?

And, if the 1959 Racer said it was a concept for a C2, why was it called C1?

(Yes. GT6,GT4(Hidden),GT6,GT6,GT5)

Edit: If i recall last time a user called Esco87 got his Aston Martin Riddle, and Filipino answered first and I answered next, both of us were correct but I had more detail. So, I was voted correctly, but, he did not complain.

In my humble opinion, if the riddle car is the corvette C1 '54 and he says corvette C1, that should be enough, as there is only 2-3 C1 cars in game. If the riddle car would have been the art morrison however, I'd say you have to specify the exact car, because the art morrison is just that, the "art morrison corvette" it just happens to be based on the C1. nowhere does it say "C1" on that car!

The same goes for my recent riddle, if the car i was looking for was the "Nissan 350Z Roadster (Z33, EU) '03" and someone says 350Z, that would be enough, even tho there is way more than 5 versions of the 350Z. But in this instance I was looking for the concept car, it is'nt naimed "350Z", its just the "Z concept"! hence it would not be enough to just say 350Z!

For the last time:

If there's less than five of a model, you may generalise.

Generalising is the same as listing all five versions, be it an actual variation of the car or a car based on it (that might have to change). It's just that bit faster.

If the answer to the riddle is covered by the generalisation, it would be a correct answer.

Or, we could send that rule to hell. Who's in favor? *raises hand in the hope it would make peace*
