I'll refresh and re-validate my guess:

99 Red Balloons.

It has to be that. Unless someone can find a GT-song that uses the word "cake"
Correct
And @RandomCarGuy17 have you found any hidden things in ant GT games because recently MattJ155 has recently bought a GT3 demo this time its a Vol.2 demo GT3 and it features more cars than the original demo.

No, I haven't done any GT research in a while and I couldn't even do it recently anyway since my computer was broke. I need to transfer my old PC files in my new computer first before doing that and it may take a while.

Also, the GT3 demos are sort of out of the question for me since I have no access to them. GT2 in general has already been figured out, there isn't much left from GT2 to discover and for GT1; I need to figure out more on how to create my own cheat codes before I explore my GT1 demos some more.

Ninja-style :D

Righty, here goes, and I'm looking for a track:

"Strip-tease"

I have to say that it's not *that* kind of strip tease..

We're nearly hitting the nail on it's head in the first attempt here, but there's (surprise!) a secret connection to be found!

Nearly?
You mean there's another drag strip in GT? I think you lost it...

Unless...it's not a drag strip.
Complex String?
Special Stage Route X?

i'd go for Infineon. as per the layout of the track on maps, there is a drag strip there too... even though it's not in use in game

we drive on it though, but it's not used as a strip per se.

I haven't, trust me, it'll make sense (for once :D )

Not those either. 1 guess left before hinty-ish-hint

Nope.

Allow me to rephrase the initial riddle:

"Teasing the Strip"

That might make it a bit clearer

Now, the hint:

"Teasing Acuracy"

Hmmm, any word about the NSX LM Edition in GT1 demos that was later replaced by the NSX GT2 and also, does the NSX LM differ in performance?

Don't ask me. I've already said that I barely touched the demos since I lack the know how on cheat codes and if you're referring to those early japanese demos; you're better off asking Mattj155 on youtube on their performance differences. I have none of the japanese demos. As far as I know, the early NSX LMs just had widerbodies and different liveries and nothing more.

Anyway, my next guesses:
- Nurburgring GP/F
- New York Circuit

No to all of those as well.

Hinty-time:

1: You've all missed something quite obvious
2: You might want to swap your F1 car with a rally car when you head for this track

A rally track, I actually saw that coming.

Alright, I was holding these 2 guesses back since they sounded silly, but we already cross that line of silliness.

1. Tahiti Dirt Route 3/ Tahiti Circuit
2. Tahiti Maze

I'm about to give up on you, this is quite funny :)

What does rally cars often do? That might help you solving the riddle.

@flynch3211 mentioned the "action" I'm thinking of, but not the track. Nobody did :)

New, little hint:

"Part of me may remind you of the Soviet Elevation"

Edit: off for E.T.
