I'm thinking Xsara (Kit Car) Rally Car '99. It may only be a F2 car (the class below WRC at the time), but it wasn't the slowest class available. That, and it won the spanish and french rounds of the 1999 WRC season, beating the WRC cars. And it evolved into the Xsara WRC, who's won nearly every rally in the world at least once

Think of a popular striped Easter egg, with less cylinders and slightly smaller
-The Cappuccino almost, yet identically looks like a Mazda MX-5, the striped "Easter Egg" (Paint it) and, the Cappuccino only has 3 cylinders, and, is obviously smaller than a Mazda Miata.
