Maybe the Nordschleife? It's long, hilly, and I can think of at least 3 hills that can scrape of an exhaust (depending on how low the car is)

Yes, you got them! Seattle would destroy any normal race car with it's hills and jumps! The car's bottom would be scraped off and the suspension would be broken before a race would even start!
