The only model that I can find that resembles it is the Equus... but that was already guessed. Is the car sold in the U.S.?

I'm not good at guessing classic cars.

That interior looks pretty luxurious though...Lincoln maybe?

I was going to say I'll pass on this one, because I suck at old american cars, and you also said it was'nt mainstream, so I figured I'd never get it right. But then I thought I'd just make a guess out of the blue, and the brand that came to mind that was not already guessed was Buick. and the only model I know is the skylark. I was about to post when I thought: I might just aswell google it to make sure I'm not completely off. To my suprise I found a shifter that looked just like that!:D but the rest of the interior did'nt match up, so I turned to wikipedia to look for old buick models. electra and riviera looked promising, and the Riviera is identical! but you say you want the right trim? How am I supposed to know? I think its the first generation (1963–1965) and maybe its an GS?

hehe, ok.:D

I've been saving this shifter for some time, here it is. and as a tip, the car is featured in GT6

Damn, I've taken a picture of that before too (but quit because the quality was below other cars). Can't remember what it was.
Alfa or Fiat?
