Nope. It is obvious that we as members of GTPlanet have the knowledge built into our minds of what every shifter on every car would look like. Not knowing something for us is cheating, and we should not look for information we don't know, because some of us, as opposed to others, seem to know every detail about every car that mere mortals don't know even exist.

If the point of this disjointed rambling was that you think I'm suggesting this thread should only be open to people who know "every detail about every car," then I'll just simply point you to this:

Next time, try and play the game more fairly and just guess your way to the answer by using the hints.

Start off with a wild stab. Refine your guesses from there by seeing what other people guess, as well as by paying attention to the hints given by whoever posted the picture.

In other words, we zero in on the right answer by tapping into our collective car knowledge, instead of by seeing who the best Googler is.

1. that is what we are doing, even with google.
2. everyone uses google, nothing we can do about it, just go with it.
3. we can however disable google image search, by altering the picture a bit with photoshop first. If you dont know how, sen the pic to me in a pm and I'll fix it for you to post, or I'll post it for you.

This isn't the point. He's saying going on Google and searching up gear shifters until you find a match is cheating.

yes, and if that is cheating, everyone is cheating

edit. If you have no idea whatsoever what car it is, google wont help you.

edit2. if we are not to use google, then obscure cars like that Sado 550 should be banned. there is no way in hell you'll ever guess that one without google.

We've been over this before...
If you go to Google and type in "1970 corvette shifter" that is not cheating.
If you find the source of the picture by right clicking and go to properties, that is cheating. If you reverse search by dragging the picture over, that is cheating.

Thank you! my point exactly.
Can we get on with this now?

Pretty sure the Zonda isn't a 3 speed. It is modern though, the push start thing. I'm clueless .

Edit, fell for the same thing ildd did.

Damn it it's the Zonda... I can't see the letters on the shifter and assumed it was R/1/2/3, lol...Saw the original google image. Nice photoshop.

Pagani Zonda
The Pagani Zonda is correct, but I also want to know what Zonda it is.
In my eyes, it is the most beautiful of the bunch (the most beautiful model of the most beautiful car:drool:). It is as close to perfection as it gets. It is not the most expensive Zonda (its close tho), but I think it is the rarest.
