there's a car called "Knobbly"? :odd:

oh it's a current model! checked it out via the link in lister's sig. looks great.
History lesson.
The Knobbly was designed in the 1950's by Brian Lister. The previous BHL cars such as the Bristol and Maserati weren't as successful. However, a new chassis design arrived in '55 with a tired D-Type Jag engine. This car, known as the Flat-Iron proved to be a success. So in the late 50's the Knobbly entered many races including Le Mans and was very, very sucessful.

Fast forward to 2013, when Lawrence Whittaker buys the company from Laurence Pearce. To get some money as well as pay tribute to Brian Lister's design, Lister started making new cars on the original jigs, blueprints and even some factory employees. All 10 are sold, though Lister plans on making 3 more due to the sales success. The gear shifter I selected was off a 1958 model. So, it's a car built in the 50's as well as a car built in the 2010's as a continuation car.
