Guess the race track game

There was a little clue in the livery of the Beemer at the back of the grid. :)

red white and blue = Russia, France, Great Britain, Netherlands, BMW colours, and just a cool livery in between. I did look up touring cars heavily though, and noticed more that the pit wall was on the left of the grid, the final corner looked like a right hander, and the lack of sponsorship at the circuit....

And it all came down in the end to a google search of "touring cars start", about 4 minutes too late!!!

I missed this completely (Watching Top Gear on Dave)

'fraid not. Another couple of go's and I'll show a bit more - the little tease!

No, not Zolder - well spotted that man. But you're thinking in the right direction.

EDIT: Not Montlhery, but getting closer.

Non.

A little bit more:

Clue: Last F1 race in the year I was born - be gentle.

EDIT: Jimlaad43 you have it - Clash of posts!

OK. No track layout now.

Corner names.
4 are named after The Beatles.
There is one called 'Help!'
Another called 'Candy Mountain'
And one called 'Quarry One'

Wow, tough. The only 'quarry' I know is Quarry Corner at Castle Coombe.

Hmmm...

EDIT: Candy Mountain? US or Canada I guess.

💡

You are going to hate me... I think.

I believe there was a Strawberry Fields festival at the Mosport Park. I don't know the names of the corners, but I'm guessing they were named after The Beatles.

Am I right?

NO, its not Mosport.
It is rouen, and I got it in the previous post.

Aah, thought I was on to a winner there! :grumpy:

OK, I'm guessing this is a cryptic set of clues. So does anyone know a Canadian track with corners called John, Paul, Ringo, George, M'aidé, Sugarhill and Rock?!! ;)
