I have not been here for a couple of days because I got a new car..... I trade my 96 Mustang in for a Mitsubishi Lancer OZ Rally Edition.... I love this car... Like I said before I am working on getting pictures of the races I go to, but as soon as I can I will get a picture posted of my new car... The color is racing yellow an I am the very first one in my area to have one......

2002 it cost 16,700. I live in Indiana, I bought the car from Jordan Ford in Mishawaka. They are the only ones that got 2 Lancers, except chicago. The interior has leather steering wheel, stick shift, white faces on all the gauges (that turn red at night) special OZ Rally mats, 15" low pro file Goodyear tire with OZ rims, 100 watt Radio with CD player. The dealer said if the Lancers take off they will bring a sportier version in 2003. This car has 2.0 liter engine with one over head cam. It does not have alot power but, after a while there will probably alot of after market parts for it. I was hoping you would be on today so I could tell you about. Actually I was looking for a car for my wife, an I have been talking about the Lancer, Mazda MP3, an the WRX. After driving the lancer I fell in love with the car. Sorry so long I hope this is enough info for you, I am still working on pictures, so when I can I will post them....

Jordan the HP in the Lancer is 120. Not that much but, next year I hope they will have a lot of after market parts......

Yea, I know its weak but, all the racers around here are going to help me out. Also the the tire rack in south bend are going to take pictures of it an use it on there web pages. I am joining the local SCCA club I would think they would be excited to have the first Lancer in the area to be in there club.

I was just fearing that if they kept the AWD system, you'd be getting about 80 whp...

no prob, I went lookin online an next year or more towards the end of the year. They are suppose to bring out a chip. tune pipes an some other aftermarket parts that will help it out a little bit on hp.

The color is yellow an I am still working on pictures. My wifes cousin has a computer camera so we are going to get over there an take pictures of the out side as well as the inside.
