Looks like my parents' car is a goner; my mother got into a car accident in the 328i. She was rear-ended by a Passat while slowing down for an Acura RDX that was, ironically, slowing down to avoid an accident. The Passat threw her into the Acura and destroyed the corner and what seems to be the cooling system. We're at the hospital now for her to get X-Rays.

The Passat driver took most of the damage, since she was doing 40mph and didnt brake at all. The Acura is the luckiest though; it has a full steel bumper so it barely took any damage, while the BMW is screwed.

how...typical(like, it's so common to hear about teenagers or Young gals crashing due to texting and driving, right?). no wonder why insurance companies will go and uprise their prices to the Young people. because of the people that shouldnt be even driving in first place...

They've banned texting and driving up here in MA. If you get caught, they charge you a hefty fee ($100 for initial offense) and JOLs get sent back to driving school with a 60 day suspension.

They implemented a law here that reckless driving while being distracted is against the law. But if youre say, on the highway, and you stay in your lane at a safe speed while texting, they legally cant do anything.

well...TS= TeamSLAP. funny thing is, i left that group a few months ago...(it's the SLAPTrain1 fan group in FB, very cliché, very stupid, all of the members bash on you, same opinions with the "R34 IS BESS CUR EVURRRR" or "SUPRA IS BEDURRRR" and so on...very annoying.)

and by the way, guys, what do you think about this drawing i made? i made this the day after Ayrton Senna's birthday because it took me a lot of time (if you ask, yes, i've been recently interested in F1 and of all of my favorite drivers, Ayrton Senna is one of the greatest, not only because of his driving, because of his charisma and his attitude of driving for passion, not for money. and yeah, it's not that much of great, i know )

My primary focuses in racing include the touge and wangan so I thought this would be a great association to join.
I wish to race other members in the club whenever possible but I mean this without intimidation.

I'm usually available on the weekends from 12-6PM EST which can be variable during some weeks.

I really need to get racing back in this club! I havent played GT seriously for a few weeks and have been taking myself to Initial D V3 at my local arcade. Im available in the same time slot. Will you be on Sunday?
