I've begun testing something on the 13D class, after running a few rounds I find it's still hard for slow accelerating cars to keep up with fast accelerating cars... So, I'm going to see if nitrous would make a change to the class.
It's not for definite, but for now - Nitrous is allowed in 13D lobbys.
At least until I've found if it makes a big impact to boost the high top speed cars to be "faster."
Although, I do think it'll make things more interesting for sure.
Edit: So far things are looking as I thought in accordance to my endless spec testing - After the first run, it was intense and very even battle! Very enjoyable!
Edit 2: After 3 rounds of testing different cars, at different nitrous %, it seems like the nitrous in 13D spec will stay! Each race was just as I was originally aiming for my spec - To make every car even and races more fun for everyone, pro or not at the Wangan.
Edit 3: I'll be online tomorrow for sure too, this has made me want to play GT a lot more now aha.

Aaaaah... Maybe I can add it in version 2 later on in the story?
