+1

Damn, only 33 more days to finish getting all the cars. I don't think I will make it. I have all those multi-million cars left and grinding for credits has lost any glimmer of enjoyment it once may have had.

Anybody want to trade the Audi R8 Race Car (Audi PlayStation Team ORECA) for a Mazda 323?

Dear GT PSP,

You and I have had some rocky moments over the past year. Yes, I still lament that fact that you're pretty damn shallow and lack any semblance of a career mode. And yes, your monogamy (can't transfer my save to another PSP when mine died) is also a bit maddening. I would have also appreciated allowing us to fully tune the cars without having to use CFW. But, you generally look pretty good - minus the graphical seam tearing on the courses. And you also control quite well (though I don't enjoy feathering the gas/brake all the time) and use updated physics. I also am pleased that you're open to 'hooking up' with the PS3 in the very near future.

So, all in all, there have been good times and bad times... but I'm glad that we - still - continue to hang out pretty much every night. Have a great birthday!

I sometimes wish I had a PSP and Gran Turismo PSP. With GT5's future arrival, we're kind of re-thinking the point of GT PSP. It was to after all be used to unlock cars and make some money for GT5 (or at least, initial plans). I was even entertained with the interior views, even if all blacked out. At least there's an interior view. I'm not going to rant on this deal so much, so I'll leave it at that.

I even offered some video and blogging impressions on Gran Turismo PSP. I think the most enticing element is that there's almost no limit to what you want to do. If you want to run a lot of laps in a race around the Nürburgring Nordschleife to rack up all kinds of money, you can do that. It's a game I'd spend more time with if I had a PSP.

Happy birthday, GT PSP! :D

I think GT PSP has been a great game, almost too good for the hardware in some ways.

My one bone of contention has been the frankly ludicrous car acquisition system. I can just about live with the Dealer Day system but the lack of money awards as prizes when set against the cost of the good cars, plus the sheer number of cars there are you would want to own forces you to do pointless laps of the Test Track for cash. This is not fun at all.

Why no money for mileage so at least Time Trial sessions would earn you cash too? Having never managed to do any online swapping I have managed to acquire maybe 50 or 60 good cars with it, a spit in the ocean.

A year already. Time flies by dosen't it? GT PSP is a great game and somewhat underrated to be honest, Sure it is lacking in many ways, But the core gameplay is still the same. And it's lots of good fun. Anyway, Time for me to Go drive my Espace F1 around Rome Night on GT2! Yay.

Thank you for making me win the F2007 Challenge at Monaco, my best (and only) achievement in the WTAC. And thank you for the countless hours of racing, car collecting, and counting!!!

Happy birthday GTPSP,you show me how to be the master on the nurburgring with the Sauber C9(5:57:000)so far,and thank you for the 800 cars and the 102 challenges and the 35 tracks,I'm still playing you until GT5 comes out, then I'll transfer all cars to the arcade mode, more cars=more fun.....
