Add as many you want to your friendlist on ps3 (works best if you add all).

Then look at their MessageBoards ingame or under List 3.

Keep your own MessageBoard updated on what you have of Birthday Tickets.

You create an sub-account (child account) where your 18+ account will be the parent account, there are a lot of threads of this issue.
 
Sorry to push my way in here. But I'm looking for a 1998 bday ticket. I don't have any to offer in return but I have almost every single paint chip, lvl tickets and every car > 100,000 to trade for it. I'll do whatever it takes! Just name your price.

No need to apologize. We just send when we can.

As far as what to send me, I have 67,92,09. The best thing to send would be something "rare" because I just send them out, I don't really collect them at this point (which is why my message board "list" is blank).

You certainly aren't required to send me anything in return. You just got selected at random by me.

Duping of Tickets works same as with cars. You can only dupe cars less than 1 million, but all Tickets can be duped so far.

PS: For Tickets 1994 and newer, you must use main 18+ account on your ps3 to make child accounts on same ps3 (you also need a pc for this).

I can send 1984 to you after the reset on Saturday (Mar 26). I'll take any ticket other than 67 or 84. I'm sending to Nokkien when I get home from work today, which is a bit after today's reset.
