I emailed the person below me (Wanagetcrzywitme) and asked him which ticket he needs. I scheduled him on 3/11 and will send him the ticket he needs.
I asked him to do the same to keep the wheel turning. If everyone do just that, it should be enough.

I just started sending the tickets out. I had a few prior obligations I had to fill, but now I'm trying to get the tickets I have out. Ive got 66 and 74, so I've been asking which one the person would like. I'll give each person 1 and then go back and start at the beginning offering the other one.

Remember, you are expecting a ticket form the person above you. You can ask for a ticket you both lack. Or switch spot with someone else. Maybe a car he's looking for instead of a ticket. Eventually every ticket will flow through everyone.
If the person above me has less ticket than I do, I will understand that I might be skipped few times. Just talk to each other. Communication is the key here.

Another idea is we already know what ticket we have in the ring. We can pick for example 1974 on 3/11. One person has that ticket pass that to a person who doesn't. And that person pass it along to another who doesn't. In a mini-ring for only those who doesn't have that ticket.
And then 1988 on 3/15. Or something.

Yes, there are so many ways of doing it fairly...
We could also create a thread for every birthday ticket that people can jump on when they need to, and then pass it on to the next person who joins that can pass it in immediately, just like that free gold chain that started.
Of course people would have to volunteer to start, but that could be arranged if people pair up, trade, then start the chain for those tickets the next day...
As people said though, I'm sure it will balance out over time, but I do feel for that fella that has given 4, and received zero.

This is an interesting idea. We would need a list of what tickets each member has and then we set up the mini ring for each day.

I contacted 02civicsi about trading for a ticket and he pretty much insulted me because I like a particular racing team. Nokkien, I'm down to trade with you and Vegito since I have traded with you two in Gamefaqs. I don't care about getting every ticket. I only want about five more tickets.

Why don't you copy your save before you distribute the tickets so that you can send from any account. I have my tickets in one account so that I can distribute them and send one to my main account when I am ready to use it. Regardless I am always backing up that ticket so I never lose it.

I'm using the GT Message boards to check who's got what and if your missing anything I've got I'll throw it your way, if your board is empty I'll move to the next person and come back to you if/once it's updated, if not I'll message you and see if you need any of the tickets I have.
I liturally get about a 25 min window after my usual nightly tasks to complete this so cant keep too upto date with the thread but I just wanted to confirm that I AM sending..
