Have you been to a proper beach?

Well I live in Manly and have done so all my life, so I would say yes, I have been to many proper beaches in my time. Been to 2 just today actually.

As for the snow, its about a 4 hour drive and I have only ever been once. I really should have learnt to ski at the age of 3 - learning at ~17 gets rather painful.

Best beach I experienced with amazing sunset feeling was on Koh Pha-Ngan/Thailand. Big ass trip from most places, for sure from Germany. About 20 years ago, OMG!!!

Not my picture but I can remember that impression.

To reach real ski ressorts around 2 and 1/2 of travelling is needed. Smaller ones around 1 hour. But I do no skiing anymore...
