Last week's winner, Krame, provides the theme:

Tuners versus their factory counterparts this week.
So, if there is a modded version of a street car you
have in mind (the 350Z, S2000, Celica, etc), you
can shoot them. But if there is no tuner version
available, you're out of luck.

There will be two polls at the beginning of every week.
Each poll will have a top ten for that "competitor".
These polls will last for five days.
A final poll containing the winners from both polls will last 2 days.
You must post your final entry in red letters, ex. “Final Entry”.
Previews may be used, but may be no bigger than 300*400 pixels.
You may have two HM's if a preview image is not used.
You may change your Final Entry once (make it clear you did).
Do not use an entry from a previous competition.
Only one entry may be submitted, and it must be uploaded using Imageshack.
Photoshop adjustments and filters:
Crop, Resize, Levels,
Brightness/Contrast, Hue/Saturation,
Blur filters, Noise filters, Sharpen filters
Tools:
Type tool, Sharpen tool, Burn tool,
Dodge Tool, Blur tool, Smudge tool,
Clone Stamp Tool (for removing watermark),
Adding a border/text

The theme is a bit hop heavy in the way there are way less tuner cars, but oh well, still like the theme, I'll enter soon.

There isn't too much of a difference though, since only the cars with a tuner counterpart are legal for the factory side. People can't use just any factory car. Perhaps I should make that more clear to avoid confusion, heh...

Can we use cars tuned by manufacturers' sport divisions (ie Mugen S2000, Nismo 400R, etc)?

I'm going to assume that Mugen, Nismo, TRD, and such "full models" are allowed, yes. Krame can clarify

Yes, factory tuned cars like from nismo or mugen are allowed, as long as they are from the manufacturers car lot.

I'll just give you guys a list of the allowed factory cars.

- Nissan Skyline R34, R32, and R33 also
- Honda S2000
- Nissan Siliva(any version)
- VW Golf R32
- Mitsubishi EVO VI
- Nissan 350Z
- Mazda RX7
- Honda Civic Type-R(EK)
- Honda Fit
- Integra Type-R(new or old)
- Toyota Celica

D_P is right, George, you too will have to change your entry.

Alright, to make things easier (hopefully), I've thrown together a small list in the first post. I didn't include the FD RX-7 because I see the RE RX-7 race car as that, a race car, and not really a tuner vehicle sharing very little with a street car (at leas the Fit is still production-based). If Krame has anything else to add to the list, it will change accordingly.

You can use that entry George, you can use any tuner car as long as it has a factory counterpart.

And yes, you can use that car sejtur, since its from the manufacturers car lot.

LMRacer - The NSX has no tuner versions, so no. The racer may have a Mugen sticker on it, but that's not enough, I wouldn't think. If that were the case, we'd have to allow Vipers because the GTS-R happens to have Mopar stickers on it (well, I think it does, but I hope I get my point across)
