im new to gran turismo 2, ive had it for 2 days and ive got a, Mazda RX7 savanna for my first car, a evo 3 lancer, an impreza wrx sti ver v, a daishin nissan silvia, mugen nsx and the mines lancer evo 6. First off, are these cars anygood to keep. are there any that i must buy. Wich is the best european manufactryer and best car. Cheers :D

Well, if you want to win and easily get 100%, buy the Suzuki Escudo. It has 900-odd hp and will kick any other car's arse. It doesn't come cheap though, $2,000,000. But I guess that's the price you pay for two Twin-Turbo V6 engines.

Firstly welcome to GTP. (hint: you will be able to answer a lot of your questions by using the search function :) )

That rx7 is a pretty good 1st car to buy. Pretty quick and goes up to 370-390hp. i just bought an evo 3 for fun now. It need lots of tuning attention to get the loose rear end under control but its race mod looks good and it goes up to 405hp. Cant go wrong with that type or Impreza ;) ;) Daishin silva should allow you to win most races and thus increase your $$, just remember to change its tire to soft, supersoft. I personally think the Mugen NSX sucks, but that is just me :D and i also aint a big fan of the Mines lancer - goes up to 413hp if i am not mistaken.

There isnt a best manufacturer or best car (unlike some might you have believe). It all depends on your tastes (4WD, FF,RW,MR), turbo or NA, race mod or not. That is the beauty of the game. So many cars to choose from!!

Just PM me if you need any help ;)
