haha

I have to talk about my past summer vacation and talk in past tense. It's such a pain in the neck ....

¿Dude, dónde está mi carro? That was a funny movie

Thio, very good drifts, I'm gonna catch my camera (altought it's a s**t), to upload turns 6,7 and 10 with an Evo V (that was the firsts drifts I did, with no special settings). I'll put it in my thread soon.

And other thing: you don't countersteer?????????
Why? (It'll be the settings??)

Spanish project??????  :odd: :odd: :)

I don't know why I don't countersteer :P I guess I just like to control the car by modulating the throttle :) It doesn't matter what the settings are. If I can get the car to start drifting before the corner and control it, that's good enough for me. Although for FR cars, I do countersteer :) I just drifted my Trueno SS version today. I hope I can post it before I go to bed. Also, I'll post my EVO V settings for ethikz :)

ykno, there is a way you can improve the images greatly...
For the corners, if you have the time and editing skills, grab Photoshop
link the images all together to form a really wide view of the corner as a whole. It'll give you the wide view of the WHOLE corner, and the drift is much easier to picture.. =p
that's just what i would do if i had the spare time though...

I know what you are talking about :) I'll try it once I have taken my final tests which is in Early June :irked:

Settings coming right up :D

Sprinter Trueno SS Version on Midfield going backwards. NOT Midfield II. I decided to go backwards since Midfield was brighter than Midfield II :D

Yes. I live in California where Mexicans are becoming a majority. I take Spanish (Español) in my school. It is my second year taking it, and we had to do a project about our last summer (el verano pasado) and we had to use the imperfect tense in our project.

In the slideshow above (Tueno S.S.), you step on the grass at the inside of the corner.
A tip: What I do (with a FR) is entering the corner braking in the middle, I accelerate, and then to drift the second corner I brake to slow down and then control the exiting.
I say this just for not to step on the grass.:)
Great drift. :P

Spanish is not difficult       :D :P

ALRIGHT Thio !!! nice drifts man!!:) :) GO FR! ahah i wish i could finish my drift video!! so i can show everyone my skills!!! haah

Great job there klh6686! I was thinking about doing that, but then I have a 56K modem and I can't upload that fast, so .....

Sorry about no recent updates. I just came back from Canada [and yes, Toronto:scared:] and then I have finals. I should of visited TruenoAE86 :P

A powerslide is somewhat a unpredicted loss of traction...A powerslide doesn't occur going into the corner either. And just because the tires smoke doesn't mean that it's not a drift, for 1 it''s a game, and the tires tend to smoke Whenever traction is lost...second, in read life it depends on the composition of the tires for weather or not minor traction loss will produce smoke or not...That Castrol Tom's Supra one however, was aiight...Wasn't at that high of a speed, was it? Can tell by how close you remained closer to the inside of the corner from the apex..Not enough inertia to get yourself wide out.

If traction is lost and it is controlled, then that fine line of control is drifting. I wasn't powersliding if that's what you are saying because in some corners in GT3, you can't drift the car before the entrance. If you want to talk about drifting, try to separate the real world from the game :)

First..I wasn't saying you were powersliding..Second I did seperate, did you notice how I pointed out "In read life"..Powerslides happen from the combination of the intertia of the car and too many lateral G's for the car to take.

PS..Nice trueno drifts..Too bad GT3 didn't have the levin..even if it's Generally the same car..it'd be cool to have some vids of a Trueno and a Levin drifting side by side..

You sure are some kinda crazy monster Thio, I just can't wait till this competition gets going. Good luck to you ^_^ and good luck to everyone else as well.
