A freshman this year but nobody believes it. I've been constantly hounded by my gym teacher who happens to be the varsity coach to play football all year, I plan on playing baseball--my first sport. So an odd year none the less, but get off tomorrow for "development day" even though because of snow, we got out early and the quarter closes on Tuesday. And staying with the topic of classes. I think my school has about 1,600-1,700 people, but I'm in geometry so I no longer work with number lol. That works out to over 400/grad class. It also just happens to be that the school shooting that was on the news on the first day of school is in my district and only a few miles down the road.

I have two words for freshman Friday bull-[this is not suitable for GTP mods], people made so much of it, but even for smaller kids, nothing happened. See I am about 6'2" and look like a football player, nobody though I was a freshman so even if something did happen, it didn't happen to me.

Snow day! Such a rare occurrence at my school, but we for freezing rain too and the roads were so iced over completely.

My state has the absolute worst snow-removal in the country so we can get up to a week off for four-five feet of snow that doesn't get cleared until 5 days after snowfall.

Back when I was in 6th grade, we had 4 feet of snow on the first hit, then like 3 on the next, we were closed for a week and I was snowed in for three days.

I hate that, I think it's stupid that you aren't allowed to have notes because having to memorize it all doesn't tell anyone how good you are at the lanuage rather how good your memory is.I also have a French speaking test on Thursday. I need to learn 7 paragraphs, off by heart, so I can say them in front of my French teacher and have it recorded. I'm not allowed to have the paragraphs in front of me to read off, I just have to remember them all. There's also a surprise question at the end just for good measure.

Family and friends. I've basically got to describe everyone close to me in my life with a lot of detail.
Exatcly. I have a terrible memory, I can barely remember what I did yesterday. There is no way I'm going to be able to learn all those paragraphs before Thursday. What makes it even worse, is that I'm predicted an A in French, so I've pretty much got to do well.
That's pretty much how ours works, except we have 8 questions, one of which we have not prepared for.

Close call today. Almost got in severe trouble for accidently leaving a box of 22 rounds in my van (didn't realize it) and they brought me down to the office. I get down there and they are like your not in any trouble, you're clear to go have a good one. =P They called hime and said they locked them up and when someone wants to come pick them up have at it lol.

^ Wow, if I had .22 rounds in a car at my school I'd probably get arrested. I couldn't bring a pry bar I had gotten from tech because it's a 'deadly weapon'. Yup, I think the terrorists won.

I really thought they were going to freak out on me. Instead they were really cool about it and what really surprised me is the fact they are returning them to us.
Also, apparently the officer who was there works with my aunt and my mom does his wife's and daughters hair lol

It is course selection time and I want to take CADD so bad but I also want to take Networking 2. I don't even know how many people in my school would actually take the class but I hope it is enough to get the class going (the same for Networking 2. I would have taken it this year if enough people signed up.
The classes I want/have to take are:
* Finance (Taking it either my second semester next year or senior year)
*Ceramics or Art (Don't know yet and I'm taking that senior Year
English 3
Algebra 2
Oceanography
Gym 3
CADD/Networking 2
US History 2

Today was hilarious. I saw a picture that had me crying from laughter but I'm pretty sure I can't post the picture here. The language used would get me in trouble.

There's a reason I make lunches to take to school. We are talking...pancakes in a bag, unrecognizable sludge on a tray, and some spoiled milk...the only reason nobody gets sick is because we've all been eating this 🤬 since first grade and are used to it. I once got food poisoning two weeks in a row in first grade.
