Anyways I got attacked after drift overtaking someone on last corner... He started punting anyone ahead and I got some revenge cough, cough :dopey:

The tactics people use are very dirty not that Im saying everyone does it.


Rule when racing with me, punt me and you will get punted back in the next few laps as I catch up :dopey:
 
Gah there are some right numptys out there tonight...

ARGH that ratlookvws or whatever he was called made a damn good job of running both myself and Sjaak off the road on the main straight. Knocked me down from about 4th to 8th :grumpy:

I just joined HSR for a few races. It was actually quite fun, untill last lap, final straight, I'm slipstreaming the guy infront of me, I get next to him, (the win would have been mine) and he pushes me into the wall right before the finish line, I thought thats charmin. So I send him a message over PSN and say "Play nice =)"
He replies and says, " I did, just defending my line, I'm allowed to do that, didn't hit anyone else at any point."
How I see it, there is defending your line, but not ramming the other driver when he is next to you on the straight. Correct??
 
"Defending your line" does not include forcing someone else off of theirs.

By the way. (off topic) HotShot66 is now GTP_Tally_Ho!

I hope I can keep up the standards of GTP online.

Very correct. He can defend his line as long as you are behind him and just changes his line one time. He can't defend his line anymore when you are next to him, because then he can only push you, so it's his mistake.

I actually believe i was right behind you that race as i remember you got pushed into the left wall on the long straight and the "didn't hit anyone else at any point" it's crap; he also hit me ...

You were right behind us when it happened. Good racing my friend, add me to your PSN friend list if you want. 👍

I have received another message from the guy, he did say sorry, but still claims he was in the right. I told him we race to different rules.

I've just had my worst experience in any race at HSR ever. I can't even count the number of times I was hit by GTP_ name tag drivers. :grumpy:

Yeah, twice by me.
The first time, you gosted in front of me at turn 2. I came next to you coming out of the turn and just at that time you turned solid again and bounced off me. I waited for you at the outside of turn 4 for that. The next lap I was at the inside of you at turn 3, braked a little earlier but was still next to you in the turn when you came to the inside. You got a little push. I didn't really think that was my fault, but still let you past at the finish line for it.

My ghosting, was that me trying to pass you or a result of me hitting something already?

You were already gosting when I got near you. Before that you were in front of me. You must have gotten a penalty or something. Then when I got next to you, you turned back solid and we touched. Nothing I could do, or I should have slowed down to stay behind you.

Sorry if anyone was hit by me, I couldnt tell if I hit a couple of people or if they lost control by themselves, I wasnt very close to them, so I didnt think it was me.

Hi mate, GTP_Samantha is my good lady, I belive you will find her in the regisrty soon. :) And mainly running Fuji in the GTR. 👍
 
Just send a message to some spanish guy about his driving in a race at HSR and he answered in spanish. Anyone like to translate?

To explain his sad driving:

It started on lap 2, on the straight he pushed an other guy while overtaking. I got past both of them. Then he was behind me at turn 3, but I knew he was gonna push me aswell, so I brakes late and he almost went of because he wanted to use me as his brake but couldn't. He passed me at the straight, pushed me. I overtook him again and returned the favour at turn 1. Then he had a bumperfight with that first guy he pushed and eventually lost. At the end I saw he just overtook Sjaak before the finish line in 7th place. (Me and the other guy finished 1st and 2nd.)

Speaking of wich.. you know when someone stops or gets disconnected and their car it just stands there ghosting ... ; anyway i was doing HRS tonight and while leading into lap 3 ,there was this white GT-R standing there just before you brake into the second turn ; he was standing exactly on my racing line and i thought that him being lapped and all, should be ghosted , but.. it wasnt and while trying to go through him at ~265 km/h :crazy: i knocked him all the way to the other side of the curve . Racer_LP ran into him the next lap i believe 💡
Point is that if you see a car just standing in your racing line try to avoid him, even if you lapped him and he's probably disconnected. Most of the times they are ghosted but not all the time.

No need for that anymore. Already found it on an other translator.
Basicly what he answered was: 'yeah yeah, what you said'. In other words: don't care, will keep pushing people every chance I get. Sad.

Really don't remember hitting any car that was just standing there. There are a lot of people just standing on the racing line or racing in the wrong direction, I know, but as far as I know they where all gosting.

That's the weird part.. this one wasn't.
Anyway was lots of fun and i added not less than 5 GTP_ racers to my friends list today ; thanks for the fun guys and see you on the track :)
 
I saw that GTP_Unknown, very fast/clean driver!!!

Gotta say I'm loving this event, compared to fuji there is much less punting which is nice. I was ready to knock online on the head and wait for the lobby update until I tried that event.
 
Today i have raced the HSR with 3 GTP members or was it 4...
And that made me to apply for my own GTP tag.
Was fun, clean and challenging many many times.
