Highest Speed in Your Supras???

R1's were my choice. i've let my supra cool own for a while now, I'm trying to coaxe few more miles out of it.. but i think that I'm against a wall here.. Supra's gearbox doesn't give me enough room for adjustments. the engine has enough power for greater speed, but the limits of the gearbox are coming up.

Sorry everybody, but thanks to the accuracy of the good people in the 300mph club we actually discovered that 480.19km/h is not over 300mph. Bad luck Leonidae. So, the race is not, in fact, over, so keep squeezing your Supras for every tenth of a mile! Go for it!

EDIT - In fact, credit goes to Toronado (who knows the border in every units 👍 ) for verifying that 480.19km/h is in fact 297.72mph.

yeah yeah, I know it already, and I'm working on it! now give me some peace so i can concentrate on adjustmens instead of suffering from the fact that I'm still on the very edge of membership with supra, a thing that is a good achievement from a car with mere 3l, whereas the rest of the members have used racingcars..

i have a video of a 297mph run, one of my first tries, only 1 problem, i took it with my mobile phone, duno how else to do it, and heres a shot of my previous tries....

just for fun, try out what it runs on stage 5 turbo.. you can get it from Tom's.. I'm using that one, since it gives wayyyy more torque.. 💡

Tip to Leo. Try R5s. Works for me every time.

Edit: and try the standard Toyota stage 4 turbo. Less torque, but 16 more PS (904 v 888). Top speeds is more about horsepower than torque (although both always count, of course). With the effort you've put into getting up to 299 mph on R1s and just 888PS, with a switch to R5s and 904PS Stage 4 turbo power, you should be able to beat my 301.68. Give it a try... and put down that 9mm painkiller.

I already had stage 4 turbo and R5's.. I just hadn't run on stage 4 turbo, because I believed that 1103 nm of torque is more than enough.. but, thanks for the tip, because it did the trick! I got past 300 mph! 👍

Suspension: Racing
Spring rate: 12.5/12.5
Ride height: 86/86
Damper bound: 10/10
Damper re-bound: 5/5
Camber: 1.0/0.0
Toe: 0.0/0.0
Stabilizers: 7/7

Gears:
Auto: 25
Final: 2.700
1st: 3.337
2nd: 2.139
3rd: 1.512
4th: 1.128
5th: 0.888
6th: 0.676
Tyres: R5

No downforce, no driving aids. 1.5 diff, to help the lauch. you can either launch on first gear and modulate throttle, or do a full throttle lauch on second gear, either way is fine. star using nos at the end of fifth or in the beginning of sixth gear. good luck.. these settings gave me 300.32 mph..

Thankies! yet, my achievement waits for confirmation, since I haven't been able to take a pic of the speed.. but, I'll get it here as soon as I have money for digicam.. which means that I have to wait for 1½ week more.

sup people incase noone cleared up the oil change it does give u extra horsepower i modded my supra to the fullest and got 777bhp then last night (4 months later) gave it an oil change and got 849 so yes it does work no BS

if you will find 6.2mile supra, buy it.. then you'll have 904 bhp with stage 4 turbo and all mods.. and it'll be capable of 300 mph.

i now have a black 10km supra RZ leo!! my best speed within is 479,21kmh which is barely under 300mph. i'm looking forward to get this lousy 3kmh out of it and be in the 300mph-club with this lovely car!!

do you have R5's? and exactly same settings as I do? if you do, you should be able to reach 300 mph with your supra as well.. well, it must be your nos timing and driving line on the bend..

i don't really can use your setting because my "gear-numbers" = gear-ratios are different.....don't know why??
now i have worked on my own setting, but if you want i can post it for you......
