Are you sure it's not a T? Or at least the body?? Because I've got a 1/2 finished model sitting in my room, and the body has the same lines and look.

I can't remember if it's called the Starbird or Thunderliner, It's a 1960 thunderbird with a 1960 Starliner roof. It looks Infinitely cooler than the THunderbird roof.

A pic of the Thunderliner's interior:

I'm looking forward to it. 👍

Let's all hope for a cloudy rainfree day and that you get clean shots in good angles. :D

Jesus H. Christ that thing must haul ass.

And cracker, I actually like the car. It's different and the amount of work that went into it is amazing.

I bet it does. I can't Imagine how much work it took to put in that Hemi and a Corvette rear end in such a tiny car.

I kinda like it.

I would love to drive it, the guy says it smooth but I can't imagine trying to keep that thing straight and on the road.

All I can say is 'wow'. How they can see past the engine is a mystery to me.

I know it's not exactly a muscle car, or a custom. But it's still cool.

And this is just a cool picture.

uhm because its in the middle, its not as if its directly in front of the driver

Of course you could see past it, but I was referencing more towards the giant blind spot that it would leave.

And yes, Menglan. It's the 1959 Corvette Stingray concept/prototype. It was a race car first, and then turned into what you see there. I do believe it was Harley Earl's car in the early 60's.

I thought it was Bill Mitchell's car... Hmm... Maybe I'm wrong though.

Off topic, but my Dad's friend had two pet pigs named Harley & Bill.

A guy on The H.A.M.B. at Japlopyjournal.com owns that lime green '60s TBird.

Nice pics Stumpy! That's one of the prettiest '32 3 windows I've ever seen. (the Flat Black one on Torq-Thrusts) 👍

A little more info on the 'people eater..

I believe it was a 1930 Model A sedan, chopped and channeled over a Z'ed frame, the motor is a Pontiac, (347 I believe) That came out of a drag car, and it's Blown & Injected.

At least that's what I read.

Bill Mitchell. That's who I was thinking of. You're right, it was Bill Mitchell's car. Just forgot about him.
