nope, none of the above, its a 4.6 liter modular engine. the ones that come in the mustangs and the such, but the dude just changed the injection system... it's all aluminum, so it is polished to death. it looks cool, if you ask me... it may not be as strong as a hemi but I think it'll get the job done... Im trying to get a pic of the car bur i cant find none. I'll keep lookin.

it has spark plugs on the top of the heads, and yes,im stupid,i forgot the ohc engines have lager heads,it looks like a big block

now, for today's post. and as I'm lazzy to look for some out-of-common cars, I'll post some street rods. but thay are amazing, I promise.

as this 40 merc... look at that hardtop treatment!!!
6.jpg

pretty cool.

an unchopped 34 Ford coupe. LOVE the primer and red steelies.
3.jpg

a 32 three window... its flames are simply a-we-so-me
20.jpg

check out the flames, and the blower scoop! also I like the different wheels, reminisscent of the gassers...
26.jpg

I've always loved this pick up.... look at that suicide front suspension!!
29.jpg

02.jpg

this thing is just gorgeous, and it screams 60s'!!!!!
06.jpg

ground-scrapping 34 Chevy 3 window
10.jpg

yeah, it´s hitech, but it doesnt have billet... the wheels are americans, and look very traditional yet contemporary, and oh so cool.
16.jpg

a way-cool 29 model A on 32Deuce rails and with a 32 ford grille insert... love that maroon.
18.jpg

a too-black 40 ford... chrome those headlight bezels and the grille and it would be about perfect.
22.jpg

a deviation of the common theme on willlys hotrods... pro street, big blower and race car looks. this dude just got this one riding on air and turned it into a nice street rod, race car theme aside. I like it.
25.jpg

a way good gray-green 39 ford ragtop. i LOVE the color and the halibrands.
27.jpg

I dont have an idea of what this thing is, but it is pretty cool. cragars are timeless...
29.jpg

a real cool and WILDLY chopped COE chevy.... this is weird man!
35.jpg

a 32 doesn't need to be chopped to be nice... specially if it's THAT low...
13.jpg

a beutiful 41 Ford Custom... the hardtop treatment loks good!
02.jpg

Gene "jake" Jacobs 34 coupé, with that famous nose treatment that made the car a luminaire in the late 70s'. It still looks impressive now.
15.jpg

this car means "clean"
17.jpg

check out that firepower Red Ram Hemi on this roadster!!!
20.jpg

makin ' up for all those posts that i did not do in days past, here is this Willlys... weird color!
22.jpg

2001 AMBR winner (i think. if it isnt, it is very similar). For me, its like a riced up ride. its crap.
27.jpg

yeah, its a work of art, but, bleh, it doesnt even run

now we are talkin. a 32 plymouth roadster with a... hehe... 426 HEMI beast. imagine how this thing flies...
34.jpg

Maaaan, I'd love to have that thing too... so I could lower it and put on some Edelbrok or Halibrand or american rims on it. maybe same size, so it would look contemporary modern. but, yeah, its a cool car.
I'll do a mustang post someday. but now, lez go all mopar!!!
I know some people will enjoy this...

a 318 Barracuda. I like this design a lot, despite what some people say about these early 'cudas.
wam077.jpg

a newer ragtop Cuda. I don't like the nose treatment. I prefer the smoother one, wich I dont have an idea of what year it appeared on.
wam089.jpg

a first year Superbee. this car looks good.
wam063.jpg

wam064.jpg

some fatter tires in there would be very cool, tough. not pro street, just fatter.

OMG. such a cool charger.
wam049.jpg

some more mopes:
a late-model Roadrunner (or so I think)
wam126.jpg

Cragars forevah, dude!
wam127.jpg

OMFG!!!!! I'm ALL OVER this Gremlin!!! what a cool street machine!!!!
wam129.jpg

Is that a 360 under that tiny hood? hell, even if it's a 318 or a 350 chev, the thing should go NOW!
wam130.jpg

rear... man I loved this thing. so odd it's cool. very dare-to-be-different stuff.
wam131.jpg

This Plymouth Fury rocks!!! black americans!!
wam140.jpg

LATE model Roadrunners... these cars were a little shy...
wam142.jpg

wam141.jpg

this last one's sky-high! someone shoul tell the owner he can at least cut his coils... bah, nah, add some suspension upgrades dude! the car looks uncool!

more. a cool custom Dodge pick up. check out those sidepipes!!!
wam051.jpg

mwahahaha, Aerobird! a Charger Daytona. wanna see you chase that one.
wam047.jpg

aaah, a nice Charger, I also very much like this design, altough some people say it's horrible.
wam032.jpg

wam031.jpg

that cleaner treatment to the Cuda's nose I was takin about @ the last post. It's a 70.
wam013.jpg

Plymouth GTX, like the one in GT2.

Sure are some nice pictures.
I remember the days when I would see all those cars on the stree, in real life.
You would be surprised that what is so rare today, was so common back in its day.
Even the specialty cars were common in areas.
You wouldnt think twice about seeing a Shelby 350 or 500, Barracuda's, and even an occasional SuperBee. ;) Serious.
They evoke a lot of memories when we would have dibs on the car if they were phat, tight, dope, fly or whatever they call it today. ;) The more the dibs, the more you liked it. Heh, we didnt have video game then eithers..

bah, in yer world that's easy, here in mexico, the cuda never made it. same for the shelbys, they are scarce... and I MEAN it. If you find one, it came to the country in very special situations... even tough there was "Shelby Mexico", a division of shelby that came here in the 70's and worked with some mustangs, galaxies and mavericks. Finding a Mexican shelby today is impossible. hell, even some fastback mustangs never made it to Mexico. Same for some mopars. No HEMI here, there are very few in the country. The camaro never came here until 1994. Neither the trans am. a GTO? please. what else? convertible things are a rarity. anything convertible. Oldsmobile wasnt here on the muscle car wars either, it left the country in the early 60s. Same for Buick. it left in the late 50s. No GSX here, much less a Grand National. Never ever seen one. I have seen a GTO, a 442 and the such, If you see here a real muscle car, its because one way or another the car got in here. I still cant believe that the First HEMI I saw was in the hood of a Charger Daytona, the winged wonder. I cant believe there's one here in mexico. so, hell, yeah, muscle cars are rare animals everywhere. In mexico they make your day. One day I'll scan and post some pics of mexican cars. meanwhile, lez post some more pics, rite? I've left this post unmolested for too much time.

Cano

and hell, for everyone, I cant maintain this thing alone! besides... I want pics too ¬¬
so post!!!! ¬.¬

yeah, I know, I tell you to post and I dont post myself, sorry, my connection broke.
now lezee... random cars, as I am too lazy now to look for a specific kind of cars.
look @ the wicked windshield rake on this thing...

oh, ok. I wanted to show you something cool. At least I think its cool. its a roadster pickup. yeah, I know, a 2002 Roadster pickup is kinda weird. Welcome to Gaylord's Speedztur, a 2002 Ford F-150 turned into the dazzling red-slammed thing you see here. I think the craftsmanship on this thing is awesome. I know this been done to pikcups before (cuttin the lid) but none were treated like this one. I liked very much how it looks.
