I don't think they can vote, but they can drive in parts.

in twelve states they can take their driving licence to the place to vote. using this they can vote.. it is a loop hole that currently exists.. can u believe it?

no. A driver's license is not enough to vote. You have to be registered and to be registered you have to be a citizen. I don't even think legal immigrants who have driver's licenses but not citizenship can vote .

Honestly, yes - problem is it isn't true. In order to be able to vote, you need to be a registered voter. A drivers' licence isn't enough (nor is any other form of ID except a voter registration card). If a drivers' licence were enough, 16-year-olds could vote, because you can have your drivers' licence at 16 in most states.

i'm sitting watching them debate this loop hole on the an american news channel as we speak. i don't know about las vegas but this channel is talking about california. they are talking about voting for govenor. don't know how your system works but either this is true or these lawyers on tv dont know what their state laws are

You're probably misinterpreting it. In California, similar stuff has been proposed, but nothing has ever been passed giving illegals voting rights.
