How do I keep my chase cam from resetting every time I launch the game?

The default settings are terrible and I like to set it to 0,0,near, but the game always resets the setting when I launch it.

Mine doesn't reset camera settings. Is your PS4 online? As it saves everything online, if your PS4 doesn't have access to internet it can't save totally (maybe settings are a part of it?).

It is, I just turn off my PS4 after every session and the camera goes back to the garbage default and I have to change it back to my preferred setting every time.

Was there ever an answer for this? It keeps happening to me.

It resets every time for me even after saving and then shutting the game down.

I just learned to live with it by driving in cockpit view at this rate.
