How I USED to make 5,000,000 credits/hour through Custom Races... using a Fiat. But not anymore.

Need some new car o tweaking to the Honda Beat 'low PP' settings used to enter the AFK Daytona custom race as, post 1.49 patch, the low PP settings now show an above 300PP figure for the same settings :irked:
I suspected this update would mess with PP calculations and turns out I was right. Just tried messing with my Honda Beat as well but the lowest I can get it is 301.74. Perhaps removing a certain engine mod could get it a touch below 300, but that will be difficult. Maybe removing a camshaft upgrade or something could work. Will play around with it later

I would probably remove Stroke Up, since it increases torque more than most other upgrades. That usually bloats the PP more :D

Will try that and update soon.

Heres an update. Install every engine upgrade except for bore up. Bore up is the cause for our 301.XX PP problem. Installing stroke up however reduces the PP down to 291.27. Looks like grinding is back on the table.

I love that Bore Up does almost the same thing and yet has the opposite effect on the points.

Other than that, what setup are you running on the car? The Abarth is not viable anymore, the wonky suspension physics makes really hard to tune it, at least for now.

Is this thread still relevant or is there another thread for rubber-band/scripted AFK method?

EDIT: The Honda Beat on Daytona is still an easy script setup with the 5.5 version of RemotePlay, PS4Macro for recording and scripted playback and reWASD for controller mapping from dual sense to dual shock. Running 10 laps with settings/restart in 636 seconds so that is 5.66 runs per hour at 213,000cr for 1.2m cr/hour.

My script is super reliable and runs continuously hour over hour completely hands free. So I've stopped tweaking it but it does make me wonder if 142,000 cr (213,000 with bonus) for 10 laps is the best I can do?

BTW, I found that if I gear the Tomahawks to 110kph top speed with a 50m starting spacing then they never get fast enough for aero effects to occur so they do not bunch up and do weird things, so while I pass them 4 times in 10 laps, they always remain on their racing line and never get in my way.

EDIT (Post 1.54 update)

While there is no change to the payout with this update, there appears to be a very slight change in timing or variability. I'm on a Pro so perhaps it is lated to the Pro specific changes but my script that was 100% reliable to run all day before will now exit out randomly every two or so hours. Something is just slightly throwing it off. I'm going to have to record my script....
