You probably already are a moderator of all forums. It doesn't list me as a mod of all forums, but I can moderate in all of them...

To edit things, just click EDIT under whichever post you want to edit, and edit it. TO move things to correct forums, go to the very bottom of the screen where it says ADMIN OPTIONS...
